Questions & Answers

HDMI version 2 is supported by the product. ?

There is only eARC support for HDMI 2 at the moment. There is only one feature list. The best features are VRR and HDR There is no way to run 4K@120Hz on an ALLM system. Sony may send out a firmware update to unlock them if it has the capability. It is known that Sony will release a mid-range mobile device in the future Interestingly, VRR and ALLM will be supported by the entry-level LCD, the 900H. This may seem strange, but it doesn't make sense that a lesser chipset can support this and the A8H, which is nearly twice as expensive and has the Ultimate chipset, cannot. This decision for Sony to release this ahead of the PS5 that would be unable to support the best features of the new console is an odd marketing strategy, especially since LG OLED has been offered these features for 2

Are there any significant differences between the A8H 65 and the A9G ?

Hey, Jose de Lasa, The A9G series features three screen sizes 55 ", 65", and 77 ", while the A8H series comes standard with 55 " and 65 ". The Motionflow XR device is the Motion enhancer for the A9G, Auto mode, and the X-Mode device is for the A8H In Auto mode, choose Motion Clarity. In a surround sound setting, the A9G supports the popular center channel feature that allows the TV to be used as a speaker for the center channel. Basically, the A9G is a Sony top-of-the-line model, meant to mirror the PQ of the BVM-V. The X300 is a monitor for studio mastering. For more accurate reproduction of contrast and color out-put, every Master Series TV has to undergo strict, individualized factory calibration at the factory. Here is The- An object. Furthermore, the stand design for A9G is dark silver, while A8H is a metal blade stand that can be placed flat on the surface or raised so that a sound bar can be accommodated. Buy high-priced products from Amazon only if it's the cheapest you can find Best Buy is a good choice
3/5

I will not be writing about the television itself in this review, but rather the horrid experience I had while purchasing this television, "expert installation", and the lack of reasonable support until things went south with the Happiness Guarantee process. My excitement grew as soon as I saw the TV during Prime Day on a great sale! Seeing as how I live alone, I realized that I needed to have expert installation for something like this. considered using Best Buy instead, because I've had good experiences with them, however I've been a customer of Amazon for a long time, so I wanted to give them a chance. Although the first delivery of the TV was fine (yes, I have now undergone multiple deliveries), the technician came by himself on the day of installation and stated that the TV was not heavy and that he could confidently mount it to my wall by himself as he has in the past. (Amazon question- This policy would seem to be acceptable, but why would it be? )I told the technician to get to work and he got to At first, he should measure 42 inches from the floor to the top of his head He measured 46 inches from the floor, which I did not realize until much later. Over an hour and a half was spent getting things ready for the technician to mount the TV. I remained patient, even though it seemed like it took a while. As we were in the process of lifting the TV to its place on the wall, we lifted it in place with a wall mount. A technician then proceeded to tighten the TV to the mount, and BOTH the TV and the mount stayed on the wall, but banged into things and crashed. Those are the pictures I have included in this review of the aftermath My TV as well as my personal property have been seriously damaged, as can be seen from the picture. It was clear that there was a problem There was no anchor on the knuts that were used to attach the mount to the wall and we weren't I am in no way a technician, but it seems pretty obvious to me as an average person that mounting an expensive 65 inch OLED that way is the wrong way to secure It was now time to fix the TV and I didn't have a plan to fix it. In total, I spent around six hours on the phone with Customer Service to arrange for a replacement TV to be sent and someone to pick up the broken screen. It was frustrating having multiple boxes occupying most of my apartment the first time Amazon was supposed to pick up the TV. In the second attempt, Amazon picked up the TV but didn't when they were supposed to, so I had to go through this twice in a two-week period. There's no denying it, the Amazon Happiness Guarantee process may have contributed to how utterly awful the situation turned out. In spite of having to provide a lot of information, nobody picked up the phone to call me and talk through it with me. Rather, they want me to have even more individuals come in other than the six that are already in my apartment to assess what can be done to turn things around. As a career-driven woman, having put in so much work to get this resolved and being exposed to the COVID virus, why is Amazon finding it so hard to offer me anything that will address this clear catastrophe they created without further putting me at risk of catching this deadly virus? They were unable to make a phone call, so why? Not even an offer to waive my Prime membership for a couple of years would do? Should you decide to use Amazon in the future for a large TV purchase and need assistance with installation, here is the information you may need I don't think you should do it! You can find Best Buy at this website. There is actually care for their work and they back it up. As part of my new review, I will document my experience with the second round of mounting, which has been equally disappointing. Hopefully everyone reading this knows what I am trying to say Don't think Amazon will be able to help you when things go wrong because of the Amazon Happiness Guarantee. It is not possible for Amazon to provide the level of support that should be provided for a purchase of this size Their inability to efficiently manage their vendors is blatantly evident even in a case as clearcut as mine. Goodman Solutions, who service the Denver, CO market, is not able to properly manage its vendors. You must have a great TV, I'm sure. Although I haven't watched it yet and it has been over a month since I purchased it, I won't know until I get to see it. As much as I would like to focus on the quality of the television, I cannot. Amazon's negligence in vendor management and unacceptable communication techniques have unfortunately been my main focus thus far and will remain so. So other people don't have to go through the same thing I did, I thought it necessary to share.

There are ads
3/5

The world over. Do I just have to pay money for an advertisement- How does a dispensing machine work? The obvious needs to be said first. I was really impressed with the quality of the image, the viewing angle, and the black levels. There are five stars in this review TV is a star when it comes to image quality, particularly when it's fed a 4K 60Hz In fact, I just paid $2K for a TV that forces me to watch ads. The change I have made is that if I disable one type of "suggested" programming, a different one appears. This is an ad whack The mammal. A "Bravia Notification", including a picture, was the one I received today. A way to disable it does not exist. Do you want to watch YouTube TV instead of Netflix? There are ads. Do you have the TV on? There are ads. There is something wrong with this. This is not my product. I will not accept it. It is common practice for smart TVs to be forced to show ads. Google and Sony have crossed the line, and I cannot accept that it is normal to be required to consume marketing materials by forces, as simple as walking down the street. Sony is disgusting and needs to be stopped. Those reasons alone are not reason enough to recommend this TV. I honestly don't know what to do when TCL, Samsung and LG all have ads that are equally intrusive or worse than each other. Sony shouldn't be able to sink to this level because of this. In addition to my current display, I previously owned an XBR 27" curved CRT, a 32" flat screen XBR, a 40" LED XBR, a 55" Bravia LED, and a 40 inch curved LED XBR. My opinion of Sony has been destroyed in the last couple of months since it has clearly become Google's b**ch.

My disappointment is great! I'm having trouble turning off the light sensor and the picture keeps dimming
3/5

Initially the picture looks fantastic, but when it gets darker, it becomes blurry. In the future, I would like my picture settings to remain the way I left It is NOT at all what I expected, and I wish it could be sent There is no way Sony's auto dimming feature can be improved!.

It is a terrible piece of software
3/5

I am frustrated. This is not a good idea. How's this for a good start? The picture is nice, but I'm not sure what else to say. Why do we have this Lag is a huge problem with this device. No matter how high or low the volume is, there is lag. You will have to hold the volume down for a second before the sound will start. It can also be difficult to turn on the TV sometimes. All you have to do is push a button and the TV will turn on. Pushing different buttons and another button (to make it do something) you expect to get it to work, but to no avail. You consider turning off the power to the TV in order to get it to work. Whenever you push a button on the television, it responds with all of the buttons that you have pressed. You don't need to buy this TV. If you want it, then prepare to be outraged. I have one Sony TV left, and it will be my last.
