SAMSUNG 65-Inch Class Crystal UHD AU8000 Series - 4K UHD HDR Smart TV with Alexa Built-in (UN65AU8000FXZA, 2021 Model), Black

This TV was purchased from Amazon recently. The device was clearly defective upon opening the package, as multiple pixels in one of the corners were messed up. The package appears to be in good condition and was shipped with care. Even though there is a visible defect, Samsung will not accept responsibility for the problem and will not replace the TV, which is still under warranty. I cannot express how dissatisfied I am with Samsung's service, and I strongly advise you to avoid the company at all costs because their products are not guaranteed. Their customer service is terrible, and if you ever receive a defective product, as I did, they make it clear that they don't care and won't do anything to help you. I had high hopes for Samsung, and I am extremely disappointed. br>br>Recent changes: br>br> While Samsung's customer service was ineffective, rude, and unhelpful, Amazon's customer service jumped right in to help. Despite the fact that the device's warranty was provided directly by Samsung, Amazon exchanged it once the return period had expired. I appreciate Amazon's quick response and excellent customer service in resolving this issue.

My Samsung sound bar picked up the signal right away. I was able to connect (wirelessly) and use it as an external monitor in 4k with my Surface Book 3. Originally ordered a 65" curved screen, but it arrived with some issues and I had to return it. Downloaded power toys from Windows and set it up with fancy zones so it looks like the equivalent of 6 separate screens and you can lay the grid out however you want. I really wanted another curved screen, but they were out of stock, so I went with the flat 65" instead (or so I thought). This device is a third of the weight, a quarter of the thickness, and has a stunning screen. I'm glad the other screen had problems because I would not have ordered this model, which I prefer so much more. The only issue I had was that when the delivery guys opened the truck door, the TV was laying over on top of some other boxes, and none of the other items in the truck were secured in any way. It had just fallen over between this stop and the last, and the guys were attempting to pick it up from one end, which caused a significant amount of flex due to the way they were maneuvering it. I know what you're going through because I've worked in the delivery industry. These guys simply wanted it off their truck so they could move on to their next destination. That said, when I worked delivery, I would never have let a customer see me handle something they had just paid over $850 for in such a way. "It's fine, if it's damaged, just return it," I was told when I expressed my concerns. At the very least, act as if the item you're delivering is important to you.

Apple AirPlay/Screen Sharing Doesn't Work. We kept getting the message "Unable to connect to Samsung Server" on the TV after two factory resets and numerous attempts to use the screen sharing/Apple Airplay functionality. "Everything else worked fine, and my internet connection was fine, so I called Samsung Support, and after an hour on the phone, doing various resets and checks, I was told there was a problem with the TV and that I should return it.

I had a bad experience buying a television for the first time. The TV appeared to have been refurbished right out of the box, as there was some sticky residue on the bottom right side of the screen, which could have been caused by some kind of sticker (display TV?). ) and what appeared to be an upside-down "D" as dead pixels in the top left corner of the screen. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. I'll have to waste time shipping it back, waiting for my refund, buying a new one, waiting a couple more days for it to arrive, and hoping it's not broken!.

I've had it for about two weeks and the picture quality is fantastic. The sound quality isn't what you'd expect from a flatscreen TV, but it's also not bad. It's simple to set up and comes with a slew of useful smart features. The software has been a little sluggish at times, but for the most part, it's smooth and simple to use with the remote control. Furthermore, when gaming, the image is crystal clear and sharp. movies. Overall, I would strongly recommend this television to anyone looking for a newer model at a lower price point.

I use them as gaming monitors and they are of excellent quality for the price. They are well worth the money, but be aware that if you buy more than one and place them in the same room, the remotes will interfere with other TVs of the same brand; it is therefore preferable to use the app on your phone to avoid turning off both TVs at the same time. I have three Samsung TVs in my room and I don't even use the remotes because one remote controls all three and will turn one on while turning the others off even if you don't point the remote at that t.

The number of apps available is limited (as is common with televisions). The picture quality is excellent for the price, but the smart features (apps) on most TVs are lame, and this is no exception. If you want to stream, you'll need a Fire Stick or another streaming device. The remote feature allows you to control a fire stick using the TV's remote, which is a neat feature.
