NO, it does not come with a power supply, which makes me a very unhappy camper.
This is a USB powered device that runs on 5 volts. It will work with any USB charging or power block that has a USB type C end on the cable. You should be able to plug your device into any USB port.

The previous version of the "HDMI to SDI Micro Converter" (with no "3G") clearly stated on the box that it was HDCP compliant. I've never had any issues splitting my Dish Hopper's output and sending it to a second TV via SDI. I assumed this would be a direct replacement after the old unit was destroyed by a power surge. However, I discovered that it fails the HDCP-compliant tests. Signals that have been encrypted br>br>I'll say that these Blackmagic converters perform admirably, and it's rare for one to fail in my experience. If HDCP isn't a concern, this is the converter to use.
These are excellent for converting an HDMI output to a standard SDI cable, which is ideal for long distances or inputs that require it. I recently used it for a multi-camera live event. Cam concert stream to combine a small camera (Sony A7S) with other SDI cameras in my Blackmagic ATEM mixer. It worked flawlessly with no noticeable lag over 150 feet of SDI cable. It's a no-brainer to have on a job like this, especially for the price.
This was purchased to allow me to connect my GoPro to my atem. It used to work, but then it stopped. To get it working, I used an old Blackmagic Hdmi to SDI converter.
