It all depends on the size of your television and where the mounting bolts are located on the back of your television. Also included are a number of spacers. That, too, will have an impact.
This means you won't be able to screw or use drywall anchors on your own. If the television is not installed in studs, it will fall out of the wall.
The best option is to purchase wire fishing tape and drill a hole in the wall behind your DVR, followed by another behind the wall mount, so that no wires are visible. I chose Roku sticks because I didn't want to deal with HDMI wires or cables. If you don't want to do that, cutting holes in the drywall and installing electrical outlets and HDMI input output is simple, and there are many videos on YouTube that will show you how to do it if you're not familiar with it.
No, I do not believe that is true. It does not include any hardware for mounting it to your television stand.

This item is extremely durable. Whoever designed this thing has probably spent more than one day cursing in frustration at how difficult it is to install some ostensibly "do-it-yourself" system. In 5 minutes, you'll be able to do it all by yourself. " This mount is designed for people who aren't very handy: Each piece and part is labeled and packaged separately, and the illustrations in the manual clearly refer to each of those parts, demonstrating how to put them together and in what order. They also included two extremely useful features: a low level (do you know what level you're on? ) and four small Velcro ties to keep the cords tucked away against the wall rather than dangling in a jumble. I was able to complete the job in about 30 minutes by myself, despite the fact that I am not anyone's idea of a handyman.
It was fairly simple to set up. I liked that there was a small level included in the package. The mount comes with a lot of extra parts (washers, spacers, and different screw lengths) as well as a lot of mounting points on the bracket - br>br>The cords that release the monitor mount from the bracket hung low enough to be visible on my install, and I quickly realized that I needed to tape them up slightly behind the TV so that they were not visible. This was a minor problem that was easily fixed. br>br>The product does not rotate in the horizontal axis (and does not advertise it), but it does have a slight downward tilt if desired. Finally, in order to properly attach the bracket to your wall, I strongly recommend having (or borrowing) a power drill, driver, and stud finder.
Even on a tiled wall, it's simple to install! Even with a 65-inch TV, it feels solid.
The studs are wonky, so I bought it for my living room TV. It's the wall that my neighbors and I share (I live in an apartment). I started the return process irritated because we just got a new TV in the living room, and my boyfriend destroyed the TV stand, leaving a chaotic mess, which he doesn't mind, but it gives me a lot of anxiety. "Screw it, I've got the TV in our bed room!" I decided. So, what are you waiting for? " So I put it to the test on our TCL 49" TV (which was originally purchased to replace a TCL 65" Alexa-enabled TV). " It took some time, but I was able to complete the installation by myself. (I've moved entire pianos and timpano on my own, so I'm strong and capable of dealing with the TV on my own; don't do it alone if you're not). And I'm completely enamored with it. I've never had a mounted TV before, but the first day it was fully installed, I swear I worked in bed all day. I added a photo of Teddy the cat for tax purposes.
I rarely write reviews on products, particularly those from other countries. I must say that it was well worth the money and was simple to set up. It included EVERYTHING (hardware) necessary for mounting the television. All you'll need is a tape measure, drill, drill bit, and a basic ratchet set, as well as bolts, spacers, washers, A LEVEL, and an HDMI cord, among other things. I'm very pleased with it, especially the quick-release latches. I'd purchase it again.
Overall, this is a decent wall mount bracket, but there are a few flaws. The pull-down and unlocking cords are too short; with the TV so close to the wall, there's no way to get your hand underneath it and up there to pull on those cords, so I had to tie on black shoelaces to lengthen them. Second, the wall bracket was perfectly level when measured with a bubble measure. However, when the TV was mounted on the wall using above a level, it was not even, so I had to lift it and place a small piece of metal beneath one of the arms to level the TV. As a result, the TV brackets' cutouts aren't perfect. Aside from those two flaws, the unit isn't bad.
This is an incredible bargain. If you're debating whether or not to purchase a television wall mount, go ahead and do so. It's made of a durable material that's also well-designed. At first, I was skeptical, but the product quickly disproved my assumptions. br>br>However, there is one caveat: The screw that holds the mount in place is quite thick. Thick as a brick. Make certain to prepare ahead of time. Make a hole in your wooden beam with a drill. Otherwise, your wooden beam will have a huge split in it. br>br>Excellent item. br>br>.
I used to have a Kanto full-motion mount. We didn't require the motion unless we were tampering with the wiring, which was fancy. The tv was not centered on the wall due to the stud location and the centered nature of that style mount. We switched to this mount for the 65" because it was a fraction of the price and allowed us to slide the tv side to side for centering. We didn't need to use the tilt at all in the end. br>br>Our only complaint is that, even with additional spacers stacked, this mount has a very low profile. The power outlet on our wall isn't recessed, so the plug fits just behind the screen. Although this is not a fault of the mount, keep in mind that you may face some difficulties if you purchase it. Aside from that, the price of this mount is unbeatable.
