First and foremost, I rarely, if ever, write reviews. Simply put, I'm far too lazy to do anything. But in this case, I thought it was past time. Let me begin by saying that, given the price, I fully expected to have to return it; the cheapest one from my favorite company (rhymes with "bostco") was around $55-$60. However, I came across this one for around $29 as a "deal. " reg $35. Ahh, as I said before, if it doesn't work or appears to be too cheap, it's back on the UPS truck. NOPE! This mount is made of heavy steel and fits perfectly on my older JVC 43" camera. The only gripe, if you can call it that, or if I could call it that, is that you have to mount it to studs, which is understandable, right? Who wants it to come crashing down on top of the 14-year-old Maltese in the middle of the night? That would be a terrible thing to happen. As a result, you'll need to drill holes in the studs and screw the 3" lags in place. STURDY! SOLID! STRONG! Isn't it time to call it a day? Me too. BUY THIS ONE IF YOU NEED A REALLY GOOD, SOLID, STRONG TELEVISION WALL MOUNT THAT SWIVELS, TILTS, AND EXTENDS FOR UNDER $35! Now it's time to return to our regularly scheduled programming.
It worked perfectly as a TV mount for a 65-inch television. In a panic, I decided it was a low-cost option. Because of its tilt/angle capability, it is a low-cost alternative for a snow plow mount. It was also very useful for plowing snow - Although I'm not sure if this is the best use case, it does demonstrate the product's sturdiness and durability. I recently purchased a new one for my television. The bolts that come with it are extremely strong and long-lasting.
So here's a review of the USX MOUNT TV Wall Mounts TV Bracket 32-inch. Mounted at 65 inches. br>br>The mount was applied to a sheet of paper. Toggle bolts (with washers) are used to attach the rock to the wall. I had my own toggle bolts because the screw pack didn't include them (most don't). It's a substantial mount. It appeared to be heavier than the 50" LG TV I installed on these units (there were three in total). br>br>Each of the mounts took about 30 minutes to install (commercial building, so we had to shift the mount over due to metal studs in the way). I didn't need to use the "wings" that came with the TV because it only required a bolt pattern of 200x200mm. After installation, it protrudes approximately 3 inches from the wall. So, add that to the TV's thickness for a total out-of-the-box experience. from- wall. br>br>Basically, you remove the plate that will mount to the TV once the mount is installed on the wall. The bracket comes with a variety of screws, and you lift the TV into place using a two-inch wide (1/4" thick) "hook" at the top of the bracket. There are two Hex screws that were previously removed when the plate that mounts to the TV is hung to the wall mount once it is hung to the wall mount. br>br>Here's why you're getting a one-star deduction. The hex screws are tucked away against the mount arm and are difficult to access. The allen wrench that comes with the kit is shaped like an "L" and has a philips-head on one end. On the long end, the head tip is on the long end, and on the short end, the hex/allen is on the short end, making it a little difficult to get your hands up there and screw these set-ins back in. screws. In fact, one of the three sets of screws was the only one I couldn't get to thread back in properly and had to abandon. It's visible in one of the photos. br>br>I assume the allen wrench's phillips head was supposed to serve as a screwdriver for the screws that connect the back of the TV, but someone over-engineered it. That is what I was thinking. On both ends, make it allen. br>br>It's also worth noting that the mount comes with a plastic level, which is nice, but I prefer to use my torpedo level for accuracy. It came with three velcro cable straps, which was convenient, as well as a handy cloth-covered carrying case. wrapped HDMI cable (color: black/neon green) Finally, the adjustments were satisfactory. br>br> You can lock in the forward tilt (I had mine all the way out because these were high-performance tires). up on the wall in the classroom), nice smooth action on extending and retracting. You can also swivel the chair to the left or right. To get it nice and leveled, you'll need to do the following. It's a frictionless environment. There is no locking mechanism to keep it in place once it has been activated. Keeping the kids away from it is all that is required. )br>br>Overall, I would buy it again. The most common issue, as previously stated, was getting the hex/set screws back into the bottom portion of the plate while it was hanging on the mount to be secured.
I didn't do much research aside from looking at the VESA mounting options and weight rating. I've bought other Monoprice wall mounts before and they've worked fine, but this one was a breeze to set up and adjust, and I love how the cross arm supports and design make it easy to align your television after installation. Please hear me out. When I've bought and installed other mounts, the center of the mount doesn't line up with the center of the television, so I have to measure the difference and compensate by mounting the mount higher or lower on the wall. And depending on the size of the television, this measurement varies. br>Anyway, with this mount, I was able to simply center it on the wall with the center of the television exactly where I wanted it. EASY TO SET UP! br>This mount has a lot of adjustability. It's connected to a Vizio E65-65 inch TV. We had a blast at E3 and couldn't be more pleased with the results. It has a lot of sturdiness to it. Even though I rarely extend it away from the wall, I always purchase full motion wall mounts so that I can simply extend it out when I need to make cable connections to the back of the television. I was surprised to discover that this mount came with an HDMI cable and velcro straps to tidy up the cables behind the television because I hadn't done my homework before clicking "buy now. " br>Available for purchase!.
This is the third big screen TV I've bought for my house. This unit, like the other two, has a similar mount that allows me to swing the TV away from the wall, tilt it for a better viewing angle, and so on. This unit is simple to mount if you are handy. Find someone who is if you aren't handy.
This product does not meet my expectations. It's been a month since I got it, and it still won't keep the TV in place. It "holds" for a few moments before gradually tilting forward, and the knob that "holds" it straight is difficult to turn. As a result, it's constantly tilted forward.
