You can only have one Genie per account, so you cannot have both. This is also a Genie HD, so this is not an option for you. Please accept my sincere thanks

Can Direct TV no longer activate third party receivers if that was the case. ?

It works with the normal dish but not the swim dish?

SWM dish systems are the only ones that work with it.

I will be able to receive directv with only one basic box by the end of the year. What if I order this and hook it up to a 2nd television? Would I be able to use the box to watch all of my TV ?

H44 can be connected, but you'll need to update your Dish to SWM to do so.
