Do you have a DVR that you can purchase ?

I agree, yes. It is not difficult at all to set up a DVR receiver with an external drive (USB connection) and contact Dish for a converter.

The hdmi switch in my motorhome allows me to connect the television. It is possible to route the receiver through this switch to view three TVs at the same time?

The only TV I have in my camper is broken, so I don't know. Yet, I would expect it to. Dish would know what to do if I got ahold of them. My favorite part of the system is how easy it is to hook up and get started.

Would you be able to accept my dish account in place of the pay as you go?

If you have an account with your home dish, you can use it. There should be a $5 charge for this item. The extra payment is $100. Your receiver needs to be added to dish if you want to use it.
