Questions & Answers

Are you able to give us information about impedance and frequency response?

A resistance of 8 Ohms each, with a 60-Ohm range Responses at 24,000 Hz but without a decibel variation or a response curve that doesn't have any meaning. According to them, they say It is 65 Hz that is useful for 3db low end. The overall value of this product is good for use in a small room, like a bedroom, or computer office of ten feet by ten feet. My volume is set at a volume that is not too loud and I have the bass cranked up to give a balanced sound on all popular The headphones would naturally sound better with a subwoofer, although even without one, they are adequate for regular In order to get much better speakers, you will need to spend at least double the amount. The price of the earbuds tends to fluctuate through the year, and frequently Amazon and Best Buy will be offering them on sale for $49 for the pair. That was when I bought mine, so the price makes them even more appealing. Based on the comparison of many smaller bookshelf speakers, I feel there is only one that will give you a better sound than these Boston Acoustics for $250. You might wish to compare them with Klipsch and JBL speakers, too. When I got them for $49, I was very happy with them, but I am no longer so happy with them after I broke them in for a few hours. Do be aware that playing them loudly can result in some rattling or “noise” from the little five. To expect too much volume from a 25" woofer would be unreasonable. All you have to do is use some common sense and think realistically about the size of the speakers.

I would like to set this speaker to either "small" or "large" in my receiver. Were you able to clarify this for me? I have a This is set to Large by the V581 automatic calibration. ?

The answer depends on what receiver you have. My question is an old one, but may be helpful to others who may be looking for information. Some receivers have the option to select speaker size, and some newer ones (from the last few years) may also have the opportunity to adjust crossover settings per speaker set. It basically means that if the crossover for your subwoofer is set at 150 Hz, you want your other speakers to pick up the frequency where the sub ended. You could then connect your other speakers at 150 Hz for optimal audio quality. In other words, those speakers will play frequencies up to 150 Hz. When you set your sub for 80 hz and the rest of your speakers at 150 hz, you will miss all the sounds between 80 and 150 hz. For all these reasons, if you set your speakers to small, you'll need to check the receiver's manual to find out how to lower the low frequency. You need to set the sub crossover at off so that you know what the crossover setting is. The sound will not be lost in this way.

To use these, do you need a receiver? Is there a way I can just plug in my TV?

It is pretty rare to find a TV that has an audio output. On your TV, you would see a label that reads "External Speakers" or something of the sort. Unless you have a receiver or an amplifier, you can't use this method.

Does it apply to just one speaker or to both?

Despite the fact that the box had two in it, it appears the price is for one, but when mine arrived, it had been marked for one. Extra pair of shoes had to be returned.

Those are not "fake speakers" - they're real! In real life, they serve the purpose of passive radiators
5/5

The speakers are amazing, and I don't have much negative to say about them. On the other hand, I want to address those who down rate them because they have "fake speakers. " Some speakers come with passive radiators, which are a way of regulating the bass output without the use of electricity. You can clearly see from the product that two of the speakers have passive radiators, so please do not penalize the product as a result of your ignorance.

Buying these speakers in 2017 was a great purchase. Recently I relocated my living room and my tower speaker seems to be acting up. As soon as I pulled out the speakers, I found that 2 of them were Be sure to take the speakers apart if you purchase them so you can be sure that.

In this comparison, T15 is compared to
5/5

It is 15th. As a result of my positive experience with the Polk T15, I purchased their S15 speakers shortly afterwards for nearly double the price. A few online reviews stated that the S15 outshines My definition of blow away is the difference between a T15 and drive-through intercom at a fast food restaurant. Based on that scale, I would say the S15 fares considerably better than it. It is up to you to decide whether a noticeable difference is worth spending nearly twice as much. Another way to put it is that the T15 gets you 90% of the performance for less than half the price, which is a fantastic deal. In addition, the T15 is more versatile because it is more compact and has a front port (hard to find), so it can be placed right up against a.

A comparison of the Polk Audio T15 and the The range is $100 to $200 A strong and reliable edifier, the R1280T*- - Has punchier and deeper bass - Almost none of the airy highs are present -Analysis of the frequency response A muffled sound can be heard
3/5

This device does not require a receiver, so it is only $74 . I'm using the Polk Audio T15- I'm using the Polk Audio T15- It has a lot more airy highs and immediate qualities. Br They can be on the verge of becoming too sharp. - The bass lacks punch, and the overall sound is a bit tinny, so it's not a good choice for me. This is probably a speaker designed to be used at the rear of a home theater system, where its high-frequency ability would be useful It would be better to have a balanced frequency in an integrated environment rather than a stand-alone one. For most listeners, the stand-alone Edifiers offer a better sound than the reverberant condenser The reason for this is that it is easier to not notice an absence of high frequencies than to notice an absence of low frequencies. When you consider that the Edifiers do not require an expensive receiver, and that you can add a Chromecast Audio receiver to make them wirelessly accessible, the Edifiers are a great stand-alone smart speaker option. I would not recommend getting the Polks unless you intend to use them as surround speakers. In that case, I would.

This one's got a lot of bang for the This is a great pair of speakers with a reasonable price
5/5

I love the way they sound The full picture is clear and accurate This unit allows for good reproduction of the whole range as well as a little Since I got them on sale, it was a no-brainer, but I also looked at Yamaha and Sony 3-inch speakers This speakers and the Polk Tsi100 with its active crossover are almost functionally the same, though the Polk Tsi100 has a more powerful audio system. *But I didn't care about that since I wasn't looking for it for my purposes. It is going to be a 5 with those as surrounds. Polk speakers and a Sony receiver are all on one system. There's no need to pay more for surrounds, so why would you? I'm impressed with the quality of the sound, and I am also impressed by their faithful handling of transitions between complex passages and isolated sections. In addition, they can perform both acoustic and electronic music well. I would say that the soundstage is present, and every frequency is clearly distinguished from the other. There's no shrillness to them, but they are crisp but not shrill, in terms of tonality, although, of course, this will depend on what music you listen to. Please note (EDIT The speakers I have been using have been around a few years, and I have listened to a great deal of music and films through them. Providing you are aware of their limitations and strengths, you will be fine with them. (

I haven't done any extensive testing yet, nor have I put them through their paces with a home theater audio source, but from their performance with music, I have no reason to suspect that they would fail at a home theater audio source. You should know they have only a continuous power rating of 50 watts and a peak power rating of 100 watts if you plan on using them as mains power. I EDITED it Polk focused on preserving sound quality during the engineering of these products. There won't be much bass on these like on a 3-" Speaker that speaks two ways. The maximum is set by them. In larger rooms, using the mains may not be feasible because of the volume rating. These headphones are under $100 for a pair, and they sound great for their price. It would be hard for me to set them apart as surrounds in the 5 scale. There is no need to care about the wattage rating of rear speakers after all, since it places less power demand on them. If you wanted to put these in a home theater set, I could see using four of them In a small room, you can use four speakers up, or four with a subwoofer. There is a frequency. They are only capable of downsampling down to 60 kHz, so you will not get deep bass with them. However, you may also hear some bass, which sounds surprising clean when you choose sounds where the bass is low Each channel has a disconnected end that "ripples" through them all. Since I listen to a great deal of music, I choose the Monitor 60s as my mains. I think they might be overkill in some respects, since a room that is maybe 10x10 or 12x12 is not very big, so that many speakers will find way to fill the space. Essentially, the M60s sound excellent when paired with the T15 and PSW10 and can easily handle the task of serving as a primary system in a large, living room. As for swapping the T15s for my Yamaha surrounds on the main system, I would not have any hesitations, except that the Yamaha surrounds are a bit bulkier and larger. In case you would like to hang them, there is a keyhole opening on the back Put them on a table or mount Despite its relatively small size, the cabinet is very well designed. The grilles aren't necessary, but these look impressive without them. As a whole, I was very pleased with my purchase. They have been performing flawlessly and were exactly what I If you want larger bass from a bookshelf speaker, your options grow by at least two times The price will be three times higher, but the space available will also be limited. The Yamaha 3-D is an example The way is advertised as a bookshelf speaker, but it stores its woofer in a midsize cabinet, so its bass can potentially overshadow the treble. If you don't have a room or budget for a subwoofer and/or floorstanding speakers, you might be able to use that for mains A five channel surround speaker setup is not only overkill, but also unneeded for standing speakers. Setup for one computer. Unlike the T15s though, they aren't trying to convince you to use their platform In a smaller package, they deliver good sound quality, but they aren't as good as more expensive 2-way speakers The bookcase speakers feature a two-way design. When you consider the price point, these products are something of a design/engineering marvel, and they will easily meet or exceed your expectations if you have realistic.
