I'm not satisfied with the outcome! My first step is as follows I must pack it up

The device is supposed to have a USB connection, but I can't find one. As compared to the wired interface, the Bluetooth interface is quieter in terms of sound volume. The sound input can come from FM or any other source. When the volume is turned all the way up, the rear speakers can barely be heard at all. In order for the remote to operate, it must be pointed directly at the front of the receiver. The HDMI ARC protocol does not support HDMI functionality. Return of this item is taking place All of the LG devices I've had so far, except for this unit, have been excellent. Samsun or Sony will provide me with a true surround system.

It is nice to have the system set up and designed as it is. In the living room, it looks very nice. Yet LG speaker systems should not be used only as a It is very disappointing to hear the sound quality is so poor, especially with the bass. The bass level was set to maximum and it still sounds like there is no bass at all.

It didn't occur to me that this was capable of playing six Blu-ray discs This is Ray. Though the sound is wonderful, it's not everything.

Bluetooth is only partially true, so you need to be very careful. There is no fully wireless system since the whole system is hardwired. In order to drill holes in the run wire, prepare to pay a restocking fee if it's not correct, as well as price gouging charges for restocking.

am having trouble getting my cable to work with the speaker

With my cable or other equipment, the speaker does not work I have to use the DVD player that came with it. Loudness of the speakers not that great.

As good as it looks, but not as good as it is

Although the device looks pretty and fancy, it is barely worth the money since the sound is low even for a small room and the remote has very few change options. The tech support was notified that further help would not be possible.
