In a nutshell, This particular seller wasn't reflective of all Amazon products, but this was the worst I've ever dealt with. The compliment from Nicole summed up the rest of the conversation "Here I'll send you a return label so we can resell it to someone else" This was after the assumption that I hadn't used the product 'correctly'. It would be wise to steer clear of this seller if you are interested in an older vcr player as I am (I grew up with them so I know how to operate them properly). I bought the first video recorder I bought from them from them for around a week, with poor picture quality from the beginning. Eventually the picture broke down to the point that I attempted to use a head cleaner which had no effect, and within a day it stopped showing any visual of VHS tapes. Clearly there was a defect in the In light of the fact that the vcr also appeared to have been dropped in shipping, I gave the seller the benefit of the doubt. When I returned the item, I received an email telling me that I had been sent two accidentally, so I decided to go ahead with it. It was a bit shady, but as long as it works, I don't mind it. The solution was not successful, however. Basically, all functions were functional, but the VCR would not play any video. As well as just trying to play for awhile, I also tried various basic things to see if I could find a solution. When I asked to return this second one, I received an email that contains a chain of communications that should demonstrate how I was treated afterward. I may not be able to match the intellect of an autistic child, You certainly got a lot of accolades, so you deserve it.
It was a leap of faith, since I still have some VHS tapes and I can't use my previous machine. Despite a good reputation, this Magnavox was a buggy machine right from the start. Video was missing from the VHS side, but it had audio. On the DVD side, everything worked as it should. Three days after the remote stopped working, it stopped working. I didn't want to take the chance of creating a mess or having a DVD held hostage in the machine, so I pushed the buttons on the machine until it became more of an annoyance. The only thing I plan to buy is a straight DVD player (new) for now and I won't worry about spending money on the necessary equipment to transfer my VHS tapes. By taking a risk, I made a decision. It is sad to say, but true that I lost.
A+ seller! The seller is a very good seller. I was extremely pleased with how well packaged the product was and how it looked like It was more than incredible that the seller delivered such a beautiful appliance with all its components intact. In fact, even the remote control had already been set up. Thank you so much for this product - I am so happy with it. It was about 10 years ago that I had a Magnavox model similar to this that Upon finding another almost identical to it of a much newer model, I was delighted. It is highly recommended to buy from this.
After expressing my concerns, they immediately emailed me and said they would send another without needing to return the first one. The first one did not work very well, so I emailed and explained the issue. I'm very satisfied with my purchase.
My experience with Magnavox products has been very positive It seemed like a good solution since I needed both a VCR and a DVD player, and so far.
This machine is capable of recording a program and playing it back, but it doesn't work well with the sound. I have had to turn the sound on the TV way up to the maximum in order to hear anything at all when it records the sound so low. A sound may not be heard at all at times. Despite the fact that my other VCRs are able to play back tapes recorded on this VCR, the sound is very low on this machine. I have not observed any difference on tapes recorded on this machine but played on my other devices. There was an advertisement for this machine which stated that it had The cracks in the system allowed something to slip through.
In a nutshell, As a result of watching it on a new tv I got from my mother, I changed my rating As you can see in the video, the combo works perfectly, however how come the DVD does not play There have been three discs that I have tried. A fail nonetheless.
The machine was intended to be used for transferring movies and other items from VHS tapes to DVDs. This machine includes a VCR and DVD player but does not record DVDs. While the DVD was playable, we did not find it to be of any use to us.
