A really good deal was available at Great Buy Electronics when I bought this receiver, it was almost brand new just as they described. The Sony STR-G10 is now my new camera My expectations were exceeded when I picked up the DH740 and got a noticeable difference. brand new receiver that is "future proof" since I'm going to get my hands on a 4K HDR projector a little bit later. The new one also had to be better quality than the In my stand I only had a limited amount of space, so I needed a receiver that would fit the same size. Fortunately, the STR-M3 fits that bill. I can tell that the ZA810ES is the same size as my old one, as well as, how it looks. As for sound quality, it's significantly better and I no longer have any distorted voices as I had with the DH740. The sound of my subs is much less boomy and rattly, and I am finding the bass to be much more enjoyable. I like how clean and straightforward the interface is. I think it will be easier to use in the future. In addition to the wireless internet, I now have access to updates as well. The remote is also very easy to use now. Instead of having the volume button and preset button right next to each other, which could be confusing because both buttons are the same shape, it now has a separate volume control. Since I haven't tested every feature yet, I can't say everything has been tested to its fullest. However, I am pretty confident that it will meet all my expectations.
I have been very happy with it so far. I definitely felt it was worth the price I paid for it.
At the moment, I can't think of any cons, but I will update this review if I come across anything.
I built my home theater with DA1ES since it did not have HDMI support, and so this was the only option I saw. I like the features on the 810ES because they are just what I need in this A higher sound quality amplifier is found in the DA1ES, while a better sounding converter is found in the 810ES. It is to be expected, since converter technology has improved in the past 17 years, and consumers are demanding more features like Bluetooth, WiFi, and apps, so it is no surprise that amplifiers are more cost-effective. Anyhow, it is a decent amplifier for the price, but I would be more than happy to pay $100 for a better one.
Just to be clear, I am using it to drive a pair of B&N headphones The CM4 towers with a CMC center channel and a Polk 65RT integrated antenna In a 7, the wall surrounds the door. This configuration consists of one.
Buying the best is the best decision. This is paired with my Sony ES 4k receiver, a Sony ES 4k 1100 Blu-ray player, and a Sony ES 4K 1100 receiver You can play blu-rays with one. I like the quality of the TV picture and the Blu-ray You can play blu-rays with one. The receiver is very useful but there is a massive issue which has popped up and that I have seen on Sony forums and other AV forums that seems to be VERY COMMON. I mean that it turns itself off and on repeatedly every few minutes. Although I have researched several forums and tried everything I can think of, I have been unsuccessful in fixing this issue and Sony has no idea what is going on or All Sony products I bought because I thought that this will be a great method of home automation as it will be one manufacturer, three remotes that will work together seamlessly so that I can use one remote to control A second problem is that the devices do not work seamlessly with one remote control. In the event that I could figure out a way to unpair all three remote controls, I would prefer to have three. My overall impression of this receiver is that it is unsatisfactory. Although it sounds great and has many nice features, turning the receiver on and off over and over again by itself is a hassle. At night time now, the TV sound also powers on with the receiver, so I am not only getting the sound from my receiver, I am also getting sound from the TV even though there is no picture on the TV. Additionally, I've also seen this problem with this particular receiver from Sony. As this issue also exists in less expensive versions of Sony's receivers, I will reach out to Sony to see what can be done, but for those considering buying this receiver, I suggest they look somewhere else, such as a Denon or Marantz, which are both made by Sony. There is no need for me to spend $6000 on three components a receiver, a Blu-ray player, and a TV There will be a problem with them working together when they are using the same ray player. In a situation like this, I would have thought it was more likely to happen if I had purchased three separate components from different companies, however, I trusted in the Sony brand name, and now I have a dumb-assed receiver that causes me so much headaches. After being 3 days outside Amazon's return window, I have read and adjusted every possible setting on the TV and receiver I own, including the Comcast Xfinity cable box to attempt This was a bad idea I should have packed it up and shipped it back to the manufacturer straight away. NOT HAPPY AT ALL.
I have been using it for a few months now and I am very satisfied with it. With two Onkyo speakers I purchased to replace my old Denon speakers, I experienced a dead-on arrival of two of them within ten months, despite higher expectations and lower prices. (I will update this review if the Sony does it as well.
It was just 3 weeks ago when I bought this unit. Putting together my setup was very easy. I connected my Apple TV 4K, a Sony UHD Blu-ray player, and the Apple TV app I have both a Blu-ray player and a LG OLED TV (ARC is very useful here). My connected gear has been playing music from Spotify, Airplay, and music files from USB ports, as well as watching 4K HDR movies. Neither Chromecast nor multizone have been tested So far, the receiver has exceeded my expectations because of the quality of the sounds and the numerous features it offers. My only complaint is that the middle part of the remote control feels loose since the plastic quality is not that great. Additionally, there could be a potential audio-visual component to it There is no way to fix video sync issues if the audio lags behind the video, since adding an audio lag adjustment only makes the video lag longer.
The sound is excellent as I expected, and you get what you pay for. There's nothing better than a Sony receiver, and this ES level delivers The power of. I found it to be a very good In the case that you are considering purchasing this one, my advice would be to.
As soon as I got the system I was very happy. I set it up so all the speakers would work the first time. I had to permanently turn off the two back speakers to use the Adobe Atmos speakers in front. Initially I didn't realize this but it is impossible to use Only 1 speaker on at one time was disappointing. In order for all the speakers to work, you must turn the atmos speakers off by turning off the receive speakers. I wasn't pleased with that. Configuring the speakers was difficult because you had to reset the system and do it all over again.
