I returned this product because it had nothing but issues. Although my friends tell me how great the brand is, it didn't appeal to Perhaps I got a bad unit, but moving on is the right thing to do. The versatility of the product is excellent. There is a problem with Remote Control. To improve the audio system in my mancave/theater room, I recently purchased a new audio system. All 5 of them are new to me. The Klipsch 25-inch speakers are housed in a 5-inch box. There is only one amp that drives all of the configurations. I've run my system through this 18' x 12' room and it has plenty of power to rock. I found setting up this amp to be somewhat tedious, but using the onboard effects proved to be pretty helpful As I worked my way through the setup parameters on the screen, I eventually figured them out. There is no sign this was done by a real user it clearly came from a software engineer. There is only one thing I don't like about the remote control it doesn't work. The action seems to have been an afterthought An idea. I have other remote controls (Samsung TV and TiVo DCR) that work really well, but this amp remote needs to be pointed directly at the amp, and the buttons need to be pressed firmly to work. One of the best things about the amp is the small height, and I love how it fits right in with.

In the open space where the purchase unit was located, there was no electricity (devices or speakers were not yet configured). Marantz is a large brand, but what it sounds like is still big. The perfect speaker driver to drive smaller speakers! It gives them great presence in small rooms! As far as I can tell, everything has sounded great so far. To date, the only con is that switching between sources has caused the video signal to fail to go to my display properly. Usually, I can correct it by hitting the setup button on the remote and then hitting it again to sort of "refresh". This is only a little irritating, but it could also be an issue with my HDMI cable. I still can't believe how loud this thing can be). A product of this quality and price is a great buy.
