I like the idea, but I am having trouble programming it

I like the way this scanner works. As my dad is a volunteer firefighter, this is something he'll appreciate. Despite several attempts to program the scanner, he was unable to do so. After that, I had to program it for another hour. There is not much user friendly about this program since we had to look at several videos to figure out how to use We finally got it after four hours!.

It was I bought it refurbished, and it looked like it just came out of the factory, and it came with a metal telescopic antenna, and a metal car antenna, and its own installation kit. It arrived very fast, as well as brand new, I was very happy with it. I've been listening to all the drama in my town while driving, so it makes my trip.
