Install the camera into the bracket . Despite being tight, there is a U shaped notch in the metal which makes it easier to grip. There is a notch within which your rotation is actually possible. It was a pain, but not as much as you might think. In brief, you need to mount the camera (in bracket and mounted to the mount), find the position you want it to be mounted in, mark your holes, unbolt the camera and screw the mount in.
