I usually have music playing in the background. Voices, on the other hand, are perfectly acceptable. It's possible that the volume level will need to be adjusted.
Thank you for your question. You can charge it with a micro cable from your cellphone charger. br>Wishing you a pleasant day!
Yes! That's why I bought it, and it's perfect for the job. The volume on most low-cost portable DVD players is low; this small speaker solved the problem.

102718 UPDATE - After I informed Leadsound of my problem, they did an AMAZING JOB in resolving it. I received two replacement bluetooth speakers, which I also adore. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICEbr>I bought the speaker in September 2017 and loved it, but it started smoking while plugged into my laptop yesterday, Oct. 12, 2018, so I grabbed the speaker part that plugs into the laptop's headphone jack and threw it over the balcony. MY DESK STILL HAS THE ODOR OF BURNT ELECTRONICS ON IT. BUYER BEWARE WITH THIS PRODUCT/DO NOT LEAVE WITH THIS SPEAKER PLUGGED IN, I HAVE ATTACHED PHOTOS OF THE BURNT CABLE.
This speaker is truly incredible. br>br>Because it's small, it's very portable and light. It's a significant amount of weight to transport. br>To use it, connect it to your phone's or tablet's headphone jack and turn it on with the button on the bottom. You'll need an at-home charger to charge it. To charge it, plug it into a home port (the small box thing) using the included cord. br>It comes in a plastic box with a paper charger inside. br>br>The audio is extremely loud at high volume for its size; at lower volumes, it can sound a little scratchy or rattly, but at a decently high volume, it's barely audible. br>br>It's possible that the charging will take a week. It takes only a few minutes to charge, depending on how much battery you've used. br>br>I've dropped it a couple of times and it's still in great shape, with no damage to the audio. The long-term durability is incredible. br>br>This is something I would HIGHLY recommend.
**UPDATE 4 JULY 2019: On the 11th of October, 2016, I placed an order. After 2 years and 9 months, this began to malfunction, with the battery capacity dwindling and one of the channels failing to function. I can't hear the main channel (singer, most foreground music, base) and can only hear music's background channel sound (e. g. Higher tones (echos, white noise, etc. ) Half-deaf karaoke, if you will. While it lasted, it was enjoyable. ORIGINALLY 5 STARS****
Looks exactly like it does in the digital representation. Keep it on because it has a small ring spacer that is easy to lose. It's about the size of a golf ball, which I thought was smaller. When turned on, it gives off a blue glow. When charging, it glows red. When the battery is fully charged, it turns off automatically. The design is attractive. br>br>The battery life is satisfactory, and charging is slow, as is the case with most products in this category. Expect nothing like the sound you'd hear in a theater. Clearly, it's a MONO situation. More mid- The bass is extremely reliant on the charging port flap being closed or the port being occupied. It has a pleasant sound, but it's best used for YouTube videos, audio books, or background music. You can play while your phone is charging. The volume of your 3 is determined by it. To a certain extent, 5mm jack output is limited. Change your purse - Both the speaker and the USB cable that comes with it are kept safe in the case. br>br>The primary goal is to have a forward-facing speaker with some bass on my devices. When compared to Bluetooth, this uses very little battery power. It succeeds in doing so.
We decided to 'festivize' our office door for Christmas last year. One of the items I provided was a small MP3 player with Christmas music that I buried in a Christmas wreath to disguise it. The first speakers I received did not meet my expectations in terms of sound volume, music quality, or battery life, so I quickly ordered one of two alternative technologies. This was a resounding success. br> The quality of the music was outstanding. It was loud enough to fill the hall at our end. The battery lasted the entire day, plus a little more. I recharged it every night, so I'm not sure how long the battery will last. br>In short, I had no idea a speaker this small could be so good, and I'm glad I bought it.
This speaker was purchased to accompany a battery-operated radio with only headphones. This tiny speaker does a fantastic job! What we didn't realize was that it could also be used to charge our phones. This has proven to be extremely useful! Two of these speakers have been purchased by us. We'll keep one for ourselves and give the other away.
The Valeton Rushead Max is a small pocket amplifier that I use with my guitar. I usually run an audio cable from the headphone jack into a portable Bluetooth speaker with an aux in, but I was wondering if I could use this speaker to make it easier to walk around with the amp, despite the fact that it was designed for phones. I discovered that adding this speaker to the Rushead Max made it heavier, but this could be remedied by securing the amp/speaker setup to a guitar knob with a rubber band. Although the speaker's sound quality was better than expected for its size, it was still inadequate for playing live guitar. It sounded muddy, tinny, and lacked bass, and distortion settings at high volumes made it shake a lot, probably enough to break it if played at high volume on a distortion channel for an extended period of time. I recently got a JBL Clip 3, which is only slightly bigger and less portable than this speaker, and while the Clip 3 is still lacking in sound quality compared to my tabletop Bluetooth speaker, the Clip 3 sounded significantly better than this speaker. It's also a lot more tough and long-lasting. Because the Clip 3 requires either an audio cable or a Bluetooth device to connect, it may be slightly more inconvenient to use the Clip 3 if your device does not have Bluetooth and you must purchase an audio cable. So, if you only need a small speaker for your phone to amplify it a little bit and you're not going to use it rough, this speaker might be better, but in the vast majority of cases, I'd recommend the JBL Clip 3 over this. br>br>News for January 5, 2021: br>In addition to my larger Vanzom Climber-X, I added a photo comparing the sizes of the JBL Clip 3 and this speaker. Z is a speaker that is portable. The JBL clip 3 appears to be much larger than this speaker in the photo, but it is much thinner (about the same thickness as this speaker) than the Vanzom speaker, and the clip adds significantly to its portability by making it easy to hang or clip it in place while on the go. This speaker, along with the Valeton Rushead Max, fits in my guitar case without removing my picks or strap, whereas my Vanzom speaker does not and must be carried separately.
