I bought this item and I was very pleased with it. We will only be here for a few months. I was sorry to hear that the audio had gone garbled and volume was reduced a few days ago. My first attempt was to disassemble it, take it apart, then reassemble it The issue is still present even after assembling it (which is probably an internal one). I will be getting a new earpiece in the near future, and it's unlikely to be this one again. When it worked, it was great, but occasionally it would disconnect. I will not purchase this earpiece again.

It seems to get moisture in the tube pretty easily. My office requires me to clear it every morning or two times a day.

Police officers are required to wear ear pieces at work every day, so my husband wears an ear piece The batteries he needs are just fine, but he usually needs to replace them frequently because they are being used constantly. We have no problems swapping out the cushions frequently due to their low price.

The product works well in the workplace. It gets very quiet when my radio battery runs out, so it is not very comfortable. Other than that, it typically gets the job done for me and has a lot of benefit for the money.

Overall good product for the price. Sound quality is great, but I had to order a different set of earphones because the rubber was too large for my big ears.
