Questions & Answers

Is the height of the radio too tall for this? The radio uses ultraviolet light How do you extend the battery on an iPhone 5r?

A baofeng BF from me to you - Alicia There are four F8HP in F8HP. In this holder, the larger battery fits perfectly because it is 5 inches tall (with the longer extended battery added). It's my hope that this helped.

What is the compatibility of this product with the Motorola apx 6000R?

A case is adjustable, high and a case with a case.

What are the specs and if it works with a Uniden ?

It should fit just fine.

The pouch appears to only have an opening for molle attachment, can a belt be run through it?

In fact, there are two belt loops in this pouch. The time is around 2 p.m. There is a belt that fits within the 5 inch ring, while another belt fits inside the 3 inch ring. Velcro/straps are provided for mounting it in the other direction. It would work fine with a longer rubber ducky antenna if you have a flat and folding antenna that you do not use on your belt. (Molle) I don't use my long flat and folding antenna on my belt.

This is a good fit for my boyfriend An amateur radio with a 3800 mAh extended battery pack, model 8FHP Like a glove, the lithium battery sits in the hand
5/5

This Viperade Adjustable Nylon Handheld Radio Pouch will hold my BaoFeng BF-100 primarily as a backup but I also bought it to see if it can protect one of my radios When mounted and carried on my bike, I use 8FHP radios. The ladder system is comprised of webbing and MOLLE. My primary power source for the radio will be the Lithium-ion Extended Battery, but I may occasionally need to use the shorter 2000mAh Li-ion Battery as well The smaller battery is recharged from the power bank of my solar charging system while the larger battery is recharged from the OEM battery. As long as the batteries were installed to the appropriate voltage, my BF for Viperade was able to use it A perfect fit for 8FHP. My radio was perfectly snug with its elastic cord fitting both inside the On/Off Switch and the Nagoya 16 with ease with the Velcro panels on the pouch, and it had the perfect depth and width for me, as well as the perfect height for me to adjust it to my liking. Antennas are crowded or affected in any way by the 5" Whip Antenna I use. In addition to the PTT button, the Mic/Earphone socket and the Mic/Shoulder Speaker jack weren't covered or blocked by this pouch at all. It's easy to change frequencies with the pouch. Simply remove the webbing strap that holds the elastic cord and release the buckle to unlock the radio's keyboard. I slide the radio back into the pouch, pushing the buckle closed again, to resecure the radio without having to change the buckle. Ensure that the elastic cord is properly adjusted My radio's speaker is covered by the pouch's front panel, but overall, it doesn't significantly interfere with or reduce the volume of the radio. In cases where the radio is used with either the Mic/Earphone or the Mic/Shoulder Speaker, having the pouch's front panel cover the radio's speaker is not advised Here's the problem. As well as being made from strong nylon, Velcro strips, and strong elastic cord materials, the Viperade Radio Pouch is made with great accuracy of cutting the materials, and sewing the panels together with straight stitches that are doubled in areas receiving high stress and has two strong Velcro clips at the top and bottom of the back of it that can be mounted to any standard MOLLE ladder. If wearing the pouch on a belt is preferred, it has a wide belt loop that can fit any wide and thick duty belt you may It can be fastened securely either on your MOLLE system or on your belt loop in order for you to access your radio more It only had one negative aspect if I had used the smaller 2000 mAh OEM Li-ion battery I found in my Viperade Adjustable Radio Pouch An external Lithium-Ion battery is installed in my backpack You can hear 8FHP on the Creating a pouch that could be adjusted to fit my radio while also keeping it securely in place would be very helpful. There were no operating controls on the radio since the pouch's panels completely covered all of its controls, except for the On/Off switch and the Mic/Earphone or Mic/Shoulder Speaker jacks. If the OEM 2000mAh Li-ion battery was smaller, I would have to remove the radio entirely from the pouch to use it, even though I could carry it in the pouch without issue The battery was replaced with a lithium-ion battery. My use of my BF-based device is guided by my understanding of its capabilities If there is a disaster situation caused by nature or man-made, use 8FHP radio The one negative is not a deal breaker, rather it is just that it is a given- This was not a deal breaker as far as I'm concerned, so there was no star deducted. In summary, I was very impressed with the Viperade Nylon Adjustable Handheld Radio MOLLE-compatible radio When compared to other competitive products, this ladder-style pouch is the most functional and easy to use, it has excellent materials and craftsmanship, and offers the best value for the price. The short OEM 2000 mAh Li-Ion battery in the Viperade Adjustable Radio Pouch completely covered the operating buttons and the Mic / Earphone or Mic / Shoulder Speaker input jacks when the battery is short On the BF-102, lithium-ion batteries were used This handheld amateur radio is the 8FHP. As a result of the extension found on the 3800 mAh Li-ion battery, it takes up an extra amount of space Li-ion battery, compared to the smaller OEM 2000 mAh Li-ion battery Those batteries are lithium ion batteries. After cutting the closed cell polyethylene foam into a small block the size of the additional space taken up by the extended battery from some packing materials saved from previous shipments, I inserted it into the battery. The OEM 2000 mAh batteries are my go-to whenever I need a small battery My BF is powered by a lithium-ion battery When carrying the BF-28 8FHP in the Viperade Radio Pouch I simply slip the closed cell foam into the pouch and push it down to the bottom, and then drag the short piece of foam across the top. You can then place the 8FHP radio on top of the elastic cord and secure the buckle. I can now easily insert and remove the mic / earphone or microphone / shoulder speaker without any difficulty into its jack. All the radio's controls are now out in the open and easy to use. I can see that I don't have the smaller OEM battery on my radio, but rather the extended one. The Viperade Adjustable MOLLE Radio Pouch easily earns a 5-star rating for its practicality and easy adjustability Based on my original rating, I gave it five stars. It is my hope that you will read this if you are having the same problem and can solve your problem as easily as I did.

Molle pouches are not made well for military use
3/5

It has only one strap for MOLLE engagement, so the radio in there bounces around and is terrible in terms of I have yet to try the velcro on the belt attachment, because I haven't tried it I'd look elsewhere if you are looking for a MOLLE radio pouch.

It has held up well so far
4/5

In order to use my radio holster at work, I bought this device. Clips from the factory are all we receive. Essentially I'm an industrial mechanic so getting into very tight places is an essential part of my job. Equipment should be climbed over and under. Thus, I find that the factory clip really doesn't hold anything and won't hold anything. Having been in use for over a year, this holster has proven surprisingly sturdy. We get caught on everything and are constantly exposed to all kinds of water, chemicals, and contamination. The radio has lasted longer than the radios it has replaced. In spite of the plastic, the watch is still going strong. The only complaint I have is that I feel stretched out. That in itself is not a bad thing. Due to the openings at the bottom of the holster in combination with that stretch, I have almost lost The mic cord hangs by the mic cable when it opens up enough to fall out. I have to adjust it several times and although it is adjustable, it doesn't stay on. There will no doubt be a need to replace the velcro contact as the number of connections diminishes. However, for the money I paid, I give this an overall 4 star rating. There was no way I could have anticipated it lasting this long. The impression I got was impressive.

It is a good pouch, but be warned that it isn't This pouch was supposed to go on my vest, but I'm not able to use it because it isn't compatible with Molle
3/5

There are two vertical Velcro straps and a couple of horizontal Velcro straps on this bag. This radio holder can be slid around vertically if attached to a molle system. This might not work if you are planning to attach it to something else, such as a duty belt. One of the good things about this radio holder is the fact that it can be adjusted. This product allows you to adjust its width and height to fit many types of radios, which is great. Also well designed was the buckle to hold the radio in place. My radio pouch had good seams, besides the fact that it does not have true molle compatibility, and the fact that there is no real molle support, it was still a nice I just can't use it because it doesn't fit.

This was an extremely disappointing and loose performance
3/5

As time has gone on, I've become less satisfied with this product and have downgraded it from a 3/5 to a 2/5. The bottom of this radio is open, so radios can be easily pulled out even though it is "versatile. " The contours I do to it on my radio do not suffice to keep it from slipping out. So, in order to make sure my radio is secure, I must clip it on the inside of the pouch, which makes it difficult to retrieve it when I need it. Once I am able to replace this with something better, I will.

Your Molle pack will have a radio case
4/5

I find it very useful to use with You can adjust the size according to your needs. I use this mount with my UV5R, which has an extended battery, as well as the TYT DMR and FT1D radios. It was not big enough to fit the HT1000s, but we did not need one for them.

A few of my radios will fit in it, but not all
5/5

I need a case to protect my Baofeng UV-200 This 82HP, Baofeng FS-X engine is built by Baofeng I have a Kenwood G71 and an 888S. It is much smaller and more compact than my Kenwood TH-2 This is a large case, so the F6 fits in there, but it is wrapped up in it. Please take note It is also possible to adjust it in order to fit with an extended battery pack added to UV-W A 82HP engine. If you have a radio other than the very small compact models like the TH-, this case is an excellent choice It is very easy to adjust the attachment webbing/velcro. Most belts and webbing should be able to attach to this.
