My APX 4000 fits it. Mine is a little shorter than the 7000, and my seat is low, but it's still the right height!
There is a number on it, "6543". Currently, it's 5 feet long, although it could be shortened to 4 feet by tying it around my waist. Depending on how you use the buckle hole, the distance can range from 3 to 5 feet.
In fact, there are spring-loaded clips on either end of the strap that are designed to hold a radio holster.
An example of a radio strap is 6543R

It is worth the money. I bought it as a gift, and It has reflective strips so you can see him at night, is durable (leather), and has an identifying strip.
This strap is comfortable to wear while I carry my radio It has some tape on it with my name, but I plan to get the indenting painted and get my name punched in. In addition, I would have liked the loops to be tighter so that it wasn't so easy to latch onto The flashlight would not wobble so much if it was angled. This shirt is made of good quality material and the fit can easily be adjusted to my measurements.
I have no complaints about the quality of the product. For added safety, I decided to use reflective tape.
I'm in love with I like how comfortable and durable it is.
A lot of people are surprised at the length of this strap for a work radio (Motorola XTS2500), and I am 6'1". If there was one thing I would have done differently, it would have been to add hooks for the microphone cable instead of just using a d-ring to hang the microphone.
I had to clip this to itself after threading it through the back of the radio holder, so I couldn't wear it with the radio holder. It also was too small and didn't come with any fastening clips so that it could be worn with the radio holder.
