You can wear this belt if you mean a belt with a 2" width. Running isn't something I do all that much, but the little that I have done hasn't caused me any problems. While I've dealt with my share of struggles, the radio has always remained in place.
As the duty belt slides through, it stays in place. Snaps are not allowed.
The APX7000 is the one I have. With plenty of space left over, it fits perfectly. The process of pulling it out is easy, although a shoulder mic is used.
According to your radio's dimensions, we should be able to use it in the holster. The strap can be adjusted along with the bottom of the holster, so we should be fine. As for the dimensions of the APX7000 and my radio, I have a Motorola APX7000 on hand as well. The one I have fits perfectly into the slot. Holsters like this one can be used for many purposes.

As a result of being issued one of the newer Motorola XTS radios, I chose this carrier. It worked fine with my old brick radio, but it didn't work with my new XTS radio. I would have preferred to have a bottom support with my old brick radio. There is a bracket on the bottom of this 763 carrier. In addition to being held securely in place, the radio is also very well protected. I have only encountered one problem with these XTS radios, which is that they key up pretty While I've inadvertently keyed my radio a couple of times with this carrier, it does a pretty good job of keeping the radio from keying. A problem with the carrier does not seem to be the issue here, but rather with the radio. As a result of having this issue, I tightened the strap around the radio, and accidental keying has not occurred since. It should be fine if you get this carrier as long as the strap is tight around the radio. The swivel of the carrier is not available, but I prefer it that way. I recommend this carrier for XTS radios because it is not bulky and fits comfortably on my belt.
The holder I received from my department was much better. I like the fact that it sits higher on my belt.
I am happy with the product, according to my husband. Thank you for making my day!.
My favorite part of it is the cover. I like that the strap does not wrap around the bottom of the talk as it is a common fault.
The fit is perfect and the price is right.
XTS series of Motorola phones will work without issues. The radio stays close to the belt and does not get caught on anything else or on the seat belt. The products from Safariland are always top of the line, so you can't go wrong buying them.
Designed for universal radios, this holder is the best you can get! The radio is held by velcro on the back. Only thing that may get you frustrated is that it takes a little bit of time for the velcro strap to mold to your new radio after you adjusted it.
For both my scanner and radio, it works well and is easy to operate. There has never been a time when one fell out of a.
