You've done an amazing job! There is no excuse for Cobra's poor tech support, it is absolute garbage!! I called 3 times and was put on hold for 20 minutes each time before hanging I did all of the programming myself and it is a very smart unit, I do wish it had channel buttons on the mic, but it is still a good device in general.

The cable is gray, not black. I have not hooked it up yet, but the cable is not black. Quite disappointing due to the fact that I had a hard time deciding between black or white and ended up getting the black one as the rest of my electronics Well I just figured I would let you know in case there were confusion. In the picture it appears to be gray, however, it is marketed My review will be updated as soon as I get it hooked up and tested, but I am giving it 5 stars because I am not the fault of the radio, it was sold as black.
