I wasn't able to get it to work

It was because my job required me to have a headset, but I had a USB one and not an Aux one. I bought this to solve that problem, but I wasn't satisfied with it. Since I'm short on time and don't really care about a refund, I just took the loss and no longer bother returning the items. This seems to be a problem for some others as well.

Works but not for me

I bought this item in late May 2021, but now that I have finally tried to use it (I made a major move in June and have unpacked the device recently), it doesn't work and I have noticed that lots of people are experiencing this issue in the last few The headset adapter is meant to be used as a solution for my son's headphones that were originally purchased for him to use on his computer for virtual school but that he now wants to use on I tried it and it does not.

The adaptor I bought isn't compatible with my computer, so I purchased it for connecting a USB microphone. There are other reviews in which some claim it works and others claim it does not. I decided to take a chance and see how the situation turned out. You can try this product at your own risk.

Basically I bought it so I could plug my usb headset into one end of it and plug my cell phone into the other end. The unit does not work, there is complete silence, and the unit cannot be returned.
