Having a USB jack means you can connect it to a computer. If you do not have the manual, you should first plug it in. Considering the price of this product, I would give it a negative rating. I don't like the set up, the videos, or the FAQ section at all. The ability to speak is not supported The setup and use of this device are extremely difficult. In order to set and use, you MUST be an AV or IT graduate. IF you value your time, it is not worth it to purchase.
The purpose of purchasing this item was to have the ability to select my own music and manager at my convenience. It turns out that you are forced to partner with a software company called Spectrio, who has many tricks up their sleeve to get you to pay them. Having to pay for a subscription with this third party is the only way I could manage the business as I intended.

Having used OHP units for decades, I know what they are like. There is no doubt in my mind that this is their best design ever. There has never been a failure out of the box for me. I use this unit to play music on hold for 18 of my restaurants and it is simple to install and customize. The OHP unit saved me a significant amount of money compared to Mood music. It was easy to set this player up with our Wi-Fi We used the CloudStream portal to create content on a Wi-Fi network, then we were able to push it to the player wirelessly. What a great Other systems that we looked at had USB flash drives and they required PC programs that we could not use on Macs if we wanted to create content.
