Due to the lack of a built-in A/B switch, both outputs are completely separate and must be toggled externally, which is a This player does not recognize more than half of the CDGs in our Karaoke show, and we don't realize what the problem is until we use it. It is not uncommon for these programs to play only audio, without playing graphics. The player I bought was not immediately useful to me after purchase, so I won't be returning it, but I am surprised that so many others have commented on that poor quality.

It works properly sometimes, but I have to shut down and restart the unit when I try to change tracks or start a track. This is the second one and I had the same problem with the first, it started after the second use, the unit powers up, but the disc won't read. For at least twenty years, I have been using the voco pro products, but I cannot understand why there are so many performance issues now.

Almost six years ago, I used the original version of this item almost twice a week as a Karaoke Host. I had to exchange my first replacement CDG that I just purchased because it was defective and was unable to read CDGs. Similarly, the second one has a defective left side which takes about 30 seconds to cue a disk while the right side takes approximately It is quite embarrassing to wait 30 seconds while people wait to hear you sing. It would be nice if I could exchange it again, but is there a possibility that the next one will be.

My CDs and CD+Gs skip or fail to play almost all the time. As of yet, I have not received a replacement unit as I had to send it back.

There were some problems with it when it arrived. It was sent back to me.

Cdg's are not always read by him. There is a low quality to the product. Playback sometimes freezes or stops when playing CDs because it can't read the CDG's all the time you have to eject the disc and restart. Since I have owned it for only two weeks, I'm still learning how to use it. The item was purchased in January. This is the third 2015 I've seen. The app was used a total of two The purchase of this unit was a mistake!.
