Product Description

By entering your model number, you can make sure that this fits.
**The Wireless Receiver Module is Bluetooth compatible, but it must be connected to the 2x rear speakers via the AC power cord and physical speaker cables in order to work properly. (This is the kit for the Wireless Rear Speakers.)
You can connect two different smart devices at once to make switching between them easier, but "Bluetooth mobile device" connection is not available when the TV is already connected.
This soundbar unit connects to your mobile device via Bluetooth, allowing you to enjoy your favorite content without the use of unsightly physical cables. Because wireless connections are not always reliable, we always recommend using the included HDMI Cable to avoid sound disruptions and to get the most out of the soundbar system's full sound quality and power. (* Before purchasing, double-check that your TV supports Bluetooth Soundbar compatibility, as not all TV models, especially higher-end models, do.
For "Rich Quality Audio," we recommend using the included HDMI cable to connect to a compatible "HDMI ARC" port. (*Be sure to double-check that your TV model supports "HDMI ARC" connections, as not all models do.)
3D Surround Sound, Samsung Acoustic Beam, Game Pro Mode, and Q-Symphony are some of the features that are supported by the soundbar.

Questions & Answers

Will my Samsung TV's remote control work with it? Is it necessary for me to use the remote control for the sound system?

Unless it's an older Samsung TV that's incompatible, connects via the TV's ARC HDMI port (which can also be linked via Samsung SmartThings) to allow optimal use of both the TV and the device. Remote control for the soundbar.

Is this compatible with a Samsung curved TV from 2015?

According to the YouTube videos I've watched and the instruction booklet that came with it, as long as your TV has an HDMI ARC output on the back, it should work fine; I'm basing my answer on those two sources.

What's the best way to activate 7? I'm only getting 5 channels, so I'm down to one. ?

It's actually 5, I believe. However, it can sync with your TV via the two TV speakers, bringing the total number of speakers to seven. That makes sense as a node? The number of systems in the box is five. 1 - There are three speakers on the sound bar, as well as two rear speakers and a subwoofer. The system then syncs with your TV, allowing you to use your TV's two speakers, bringing the total number of speakers to seven.

Is it possible to connect this to my Samsung television directly? Is a receiver required as well?

Yes, it is possible to connect it to your television directly. This is an excellent purchase, particularly if you own a Samsung television.

Some troubleshooting advice as well as a review
4/5

Edit: Since getting the soundbar and rear speakers, I've been fiddling with the settings. It started out badly, with intermittent connection issues, but three days later, the rear speakers appear to be more reliable. I had trouble getting good sound out of the rear speakers until I switched to an optical cable instead of the hdmi arc that came with the speakers. When using apps on the television (a Samsung television from 2019), the sound quality is poor. I believe that the majority of people will discover that their televisions have poor audio chips. As a result, a sound system is required. With the audio chip in my TV (I believe), the sound system can only do so much. When I use my Xbox to run the apps, the sound quality improves by at least three times. I'll continue to experiment with the settings, but I believe that most people who purchase this product will need to use another audio source. I used an optical cable over their HDMI and increased the audio volume setting on the soundbar to max, rear speakers to max, changed the tv sound setting to surround, and increased the audio volume setting on the soundbar to max. I don't think the price is particularly low; I believe you're paying for the Samsung brand name, but I would have expected Samsung speakers to work well with a Samsung television. I guess the TV I have isn't as good as I thought it was. I'm debating whether or not to keep the speakers now that I'm using them with my Xbox. Now that everything appears to be in order, I'll test for another day or two to ensure that the results remain consistent. Edit: I'm not sure why, but the rear speakers don't work or are more likely to cut in and out when using certain apps. HBO, to be precise. I just tried connecting the speakers to the TV with the bluetooth function. It appears as if the issue has been solved.

I bought this to replace a 15-year-old surround sound system that had a lot of wires but also had a lot of inputs and an AM/FM tuner, so I knew what I was getting into
5/5

THAT IS NOT THE SYSTEM WE'RE TALKING ABOUT. The sound is fantastic, and the system is, for the most part, incredibly simple to use; there are a few advanced features, but my biggest issue was realizing how simple it is to use. br>br>The rear speakers and subwoofer are wireless, which means they don't have any wires connecting them to the main bar. The two rear speakers are wired into a mini-amp. Receiver (with wires) that synchronizes with the bar and supplies power Many reviewers appear to be perplexed by the term, oblivious to the fact that it can refer to a variety of setups. . . this does not imply standalone battery-operated speakers. Simply connect your television to the bar if it has an HDMI ARC connection. Another hdmi device can be connected to the bar, but I prefer to connect directly to the TV (which supports pass-through). direct transmission of a signal to a receiver). There's also a digital optical port, but it's limited in terms of functionality. That's pretty much all you'll need to get started with the system; it's very simple. br>br>I would suggest watching video reviews of this product online so you know what you're getting and what you're not.

This is deceptive
3/5

I expected this set to be wireless when I bought it. To begin with, the rear speakers are wired to a wireless module (which is powered), so they are not truly wireless. br>br>What's more annoying is that it's Bluetooth-only, rather than WiFi-only. That means you can't really control it with Smarthings (which is a lie), you have to update it via USB, and it has a MANDATORY auto shut off feature that can't be turned off (according to Samsung Support). Please do yourself a favor and do not purchase this.

Bad unit
3/5

Cuts in and out of the scene. I've tried a few things, but they only work for a day before cutting in and out again. When I try to return, I get stuck in a circle of questions that are all the same. a disappointment.

Speakers in the back are not working
3/5

The sound bar and subwoofer sound great, but Amazon won't let me return it because it's defective. I contacted Samsung because the rear speakers were not working. They offered to send me new speakers within two minutes. People have been complaining about this for years. br>br>This morning, I received a call from Samsung saying they "don't process that part" and that we're canceling the order. When he mentioned sending someone to repair it, I decided to return it. This is completely absurd. Even though I already own a Samsung TV, I'll look into Yamaha and Sony. br>br>Since the new speakers had not arrived, I contacted Samsung once more. They have yet to send them. I didn't have enough time to return it, so I submitted it. I'd receive an email from someone, according to the woman on the phone. br>br>Abdur wrote to inform me that the item is not returnable and that I should forward the Samsung emails. It was all done over the phone. br>br>I guess I'll have to take this up with Amazon management.

It works well and is a good fit for our space
5/5

I was blown away. This was chosen because the rear speakers are not required to be connected to the television. Although the rear speakers have cords and must be plugged in, we found this to be a simple task because they are located behind our couch. Because we have a curious 9-month-old who gets into everything, having fewer cords was a big selling point for us. Our purchase has exceeded our expectations!.

Surround sound at a low cost is a fantastic option! My Samsung TV's speaker alone was a significant upgrade
4/5

It was a little difficult, but not too difficult, to set up the rear Bluetooth speakers. At medium volume, it sounds fantastic. At high volume, there is a strange murmuring, but at low volume, there is a strange murmuring. For low volumes, I simply use the TV speaker. Surround sound at a low cost is a fantastic option!.

Setup is simple
5/5

This is turned on by the Samsung television. BT great. There is a problem with the volume of the rear speakers. It's simple to set up and works well with the sound bar's hdmi passthrough. It's a good remote sub. The rear speakers work as well, but the manual says almost nothing about them, which is a major flaw in many reviews. br>br>Here's a link to a review of a similar sound bar that helped me: There's a second "rear" option that's not obvious when cycling through the sound settings. After that, the first rear switch is turned on and off. The next button press also brings up "rear," but this time it's for the rear speaker volume. Mine is on the opposite side of the room, completely turned up. This is a huge improvement. br>br>My brother has the same unit and uses the rear BT module along with his old built-in wall speakers, which sound great.
