There is no distortion at all, even when the volume is turned all the way up. I bought these speakers to replace my vizio soundbar for family outdoor movies. The speakers are outstanding. There is no distortion at all, even when the volume is turned all the way up. The only thing I don't like is that even when the subwoofer is set to the lowest setting, the bass is still too loud. It's possible that I'll have to experiment with different equalizers that are built into the system. These, however, are excellent value for money. There's no need to spend a lot of money on a pair of tower speakers. These should suffice. UPDATED Speakers show significant distortion after only 8 weeks. On these speakers, there are about six equilizer presets. Popping and cracking noises can be heard from all of them. These can't be used for movies any longer. Now it's time to go speaker shopping for some nice tower speakers.

I like how I can connect my phone via bluetooth and how small the device is. br>br>My main issue, and the primary reason I deducted a star, is that the cable connecting the left and right speakers is insufficiently long. I sent an email to the manufacturer, asking if they had a longer cable that I could purchase, but they never responded. So forget about it and move on to something else if you need more than 10' of distance between the speakers. It's too bad because the sound quality is excellent for the price. The only other issue is that when you turn it on, it immediately increases the volume to a very high level. Normally, we use sound levels 7 through 10, but when it's turned on, the volume soars to over 18 (or at least that's when I notice it and begin to turn it down). The manufacturer must take care of this. br>br>Unfortunately, I'll have to move this to the office and use it on my gaming PC, while replacing the floor speakers in the family room with another brand. I'd like to return it, but it's far too large and cumbersome for me to send it back. br>br>*Update
A year later, both annoyances are still present, and I ended up mounting the speakers on our living room TV anyway because we despised the sound bar. While the short cable is a minor annoyance, it is not the main issue. The volume issue I mentioned earlier is abominable. Whoever thought it was a good idea to have the unit automatically go to maximum volume when it is turned on needs to find a new job. This idiot "feature" has woken up our infant several times, and I'm afraid that if a guest or our baby turns on the speakers by accident or without realizing it (we have to hide the remote), it will blow the speakers. It's the most vexing piece of electronic equipment I've ever seen. It's a shame, because the audio quality is fantastic.

I placed my order on December 16, 2019 for Christmas enjoyment with my family. I still haven't been able to connect these speakers as of today, January 20th, 2020. I have no idea if they work or sound like they do. I didn't get any wires or instructions when I received my package. I'm not going to be able to get any assistance from Amazon. When I contacted Audiosavings, I was told that our team was working on the problem. Since then, they've sent me two cheap short cables but no cable connecting the two speakers. This product and company are the only ones who have that cable. That is, unless they send it to me, I will not be able to obtain it. I'm dissatisfied and believe I've been exploited. I would have returned them, but I had already taken them out of the box, and returning them would have cost me even more money. They aren't worth it to go through all of this, no matter how good they are. I gave them one star because they look nice, but unless I get that cable, they'll remain as useless as they are now.

I think it's absurd that you have to pay for shipping to return a broken product. This is the message I received after contacting customer service. The sound quality is poor, and while the music is playing, I get static. I was expecting a louder volume, but it's nothing like what was described. I would not recommend this product to anyone because the remote does not work. br>br>On March 7th, you were told that you are only covered under warranty after contacting customer service. We will not be able to send you a remote; instead, you must return your entire order for repair or replacement. br>In a separate email, I've included return instructions. Please return your order in order to receive a new remote.

I had a few issues with the top and bottom connections in terms of what I wanted to do with surround sound, but one thing about Rockville support is that you will always get prompt and professional assistance. The assistance provided by Rockville is exceptional. The speakers are now configured with two Dolby Atmos speakers on the sides and my back Bluetooth speakers. The standard is very high. They also appear to be fantastic! They're truly impressive, and they're well-packaged so there won't be any damage during shipping. The remote is very responsive, and you can adjust the sound quality to your liking. When combined with my Samsung Q7N 65" TV and other speakers, it's quite impressive! However, these would be excellent on their own as well, so don't let that deter you. You're going to love these!.
