Questions & Answers

Do Klipsch sixes or Audioengine HD6 have superior sound? Would you prefer one over the other?

Using the Klipsch Sixes paired with an Amazon Amp, I have the HDP6 and the Klipsch Sixes. It's the same idea as the HD6, but it's not exactly I'll try to summarize it this way A HD6 sound is more neutral and quite flat, whereas the Sixes are much fuller and have a lot In my opinion, the Sixes are much better, especially when paired with a sub to reduce the bass stress on the speakers (I use an Audien Engine Both of these sound fantastic, but I think the Sixes are Make sure you have plenty of room for these units, because they are a lot bigger than the HD6. I can use the HDP6 as a desk speaker, but the Sixes are just too large for me to use.

In a medium to large bedroom, would you go for the sixes or a pair of heresy II’s? The heresy iii is too loud and overpowering for the bedroom, am I right?

When you take into account you'd have to buy separate components to power the Heresys, the sixes are a great deal due to their plug and play capabilities.

It may seem absurd to ask this Does anyone have any experience with these against the Edifier S1000DB?

Having used both the Edifier S1000DB and The Sixes, I cannot differentiate between them. There's no comparison between the Sixes and Edifier's sound quality. The Klipsch sound quality is superior in every aspect. It is truly stunning to see the Sixes. The S1000DB contains control knobs in the back, and it is a terrible design overall. The volume knob and the input select knob are the same, and you cannot tell which input is selected by simply looking at the front LED. There are likely to be paid agents operating for the Chinese government who think Edifier is better

The setup is crucial
5/5

Excellent, but very sensitive. Depending on how they are set up, the Sixes by Klipsch can sound absolutely fantastic, or awful. In order to achieve that, two things must be done. Signal quality, whether digital or analog, is the most essential. There is no ASRC built-in to the built-in DAC. So, it does not affect the quality of the digital signal, but at the same time it does not improve it. The USB input isn't the best on these speakers, but optical TosLink is superb when fed a high quality (low jitter) signal. I almost wanted to return the speakers once I connected my cheap CD player, but it wasn't their fault, it was mine. It does not matter how low the quality is, these speakers will not make any concessions. You can use an HDMI splitter to output an optical SPDIF (Toslink) signal (don't use the TV's optical output). If you have a USB device, you'll need a Using the Connector Link) instead of connecting a USB. Although Bluetooth speakers have the best sound quality, it is the absolute best option. That sounds far too good to be true. In addition to the digital inputs, there is a good analog input as well. Another aspect of these speakers that needs to be addressed is their The distance between them should be at least ten feet between center to center, if they can be closer. A soundstage instantly blossoms in the middle of the sound as the sound snaps into focus. It is also advantageous to them if that which stands between them shields them from one another. It is crucial that the speakers face exactly straight as they are phase sensitive. Make sure they are not turned in your direction, instead they should emit the sound parallel to the walls to obtain the best soundstage and give the cleanest sound. With these speakers, you don't need a subwoofer. A 27 will, of course, not be reproduced. I was listening to 5Hz - It's hard to hear rumble on Keiko Matsui's "Dream Walk," but your subwoofer may not be able to do it The rest of what they produce, however, will remain the same. Listening to these speakers won't require you to have a subwoofer as it won't shake the house or cause helicopters to fly in your living room. However, if you like sound effects from TVs, you will need a subwoofer. it's hard to believe that an iPhone and a couple of $670 bookshelves can transform your living room into a concert hall with the touch of a button. Furthermore, they are the best option for TVs, since there is no need for a receiver (unless you need The last thing you need are speaker stands with top plates that are 8" x 10". Here on Amazon, Monoprice sells them for $76 delivered (24 inches). Install the speakers to the stands by using Command by 3M (with Velcro) for hanging (four.

It is important to place the patient properly
4/5

In summary, they can sound great and are a fine alternative for those with a simpler lifestyle who prefer a system provided as a whole instead of parts and pieces of it. Putting them together proved to be a little challenging than expected due to their placement requirements. As each speaker has a rear bass port, they are not ideal for use on bookshelves or near walls since their port is located at the rear. As a result, their sound is muddy to the point that they are The first time I tried them out of the box, I positioned them about four feet apart on a cabinet near a wall, which was more generous than their hipster highs are too bright and the lows are muddy. As some of the previous reviewers mentioned, I rapidly became ear fatigued. I was able to achieve great results by giving it a little more effort. They are positioned at the moment to form a roughly 8-sided I placed them in a two-foot triangle, with tweeters at ear level when seated and my typical listening area about two feet from the wall, and I love The sweet spot for me was about 10 feet from the wall. You might do okay a little closer to the wall, too, but this is where I found it. My point is to say that I believe you are capable of getting the results you want with this purchase if you experiment a bit. It's maybe 20x20 feet and I have a living area that's pretty big. It would be impossible to add a subwoofer to a room of this size. The bass is quite noticeable. The system has been tested with CD audio as well as bluetooth transmission of mp3 files with high bit rates. On this system, Bluetooth sounded quite nice to me, despite how I normally dislike it. When doing an a/b test with a CD reference, I honestly lost track of what was what. When my source phone (iPhone 8) was about 25 feet away with three walls between my source and myself, I did not experience dropouts. br>If I had to make a critique, I would point out that the system could benefit greatly from simple bass/mid/treble EQ settings The phono preamp and Bluetooth receiver would have to be bypassed before you could add an EQ externally, and that would have an adverse effect on the appeal of a set like this. I think this is a great value given its $599 price point. Of course, there are better speakers and systems, but this is by far the best option I have heard in this category, and I would consider it over many more expensive models. It's not about how much gold I have. I am not a cable audiophile, but I am an amateur musician who is interested in music and sound quality, and this set is a good fit for me.

The quality of the My collection of computer speakers is comprised of seven pairs Bose (*400 USD ebay), H Kardon (I have three sets, new) (*250 USD), Edifier (499 USD, new), and others ranging from 180 USD to 499 USD
3/5

OSixes is the highest priced model, and in spite of the highest price, it fails to meet expectations in sound quality, as tested from aux, USB, and cox, and on top of that, the digital connection was disappointing as well Secondly, the aux quality is a very poor one, and I hesitate to state that it is quite low quality for a computer speaker of any price However, even the digital output fails to meet the necessary standards. Comparatively to other brands, the best feature of this unit is the bluetooth feature, but it is not of good quality when compared to all the other digital pieces, not a surprise if you want it only for At 799, this investment is a good buy. . 00 for a median performance is not worth the price and the time and effort invested in listening to it.
