The sound is good, but the build is good. As a replacement for a 7's rear and surrounds, I purchased these. A Sony digital receiver is used in this setup. I was surprised by how well they were packaged and how big they were. It states that each is just over 7 pounds on Fluance's website. I then used 9 pound ceiling mounts and screwed 50 pound wood screws into each mount, into wood ceiling beams, based on that information.
