He uses it in the bathroom while showering, and he works in construction (long hours) laying floors and so on. He can take it to the job site and listen to music to pass the time. There's no need to be concerned about it getting wet if it's raining. This is the second time I've bought something like this. During his move out, he had the first one taken by a roommate. He didn't notice at the time, but my son had been missing the speaker so much that I knew this would be the ideal Christmas present. Great value for a high-quality speaker/sound system that can be used in a variety of situations.

pass*** has been updated So I got this for under $40, which was one of the main reasons I bought it. I had also looked up several online lists of budget speakers and the best ones under $100, and this one was on a couple of them. br>The audio quality appears to be satisfactory. If you paid what I did, it's impressive, but not at the retail price of $90 on their website. br>The build quality is definitely good. For its small size, it's sleek and heavy, but there's no clip or magnet to keep it in place. I'm guessing it's not meant for heavy bass songs, which is fine by me, but I'm not sure about the rest of you. br>br>UPDATE: br>br> br>Shortly after, it broke. It's not worth the trouble. With the exception of two weeks or so, it lasted the entire time. I bought a JBL Flip 5 and haven't thought about it since *shrugs*.

This speaker is one of my favorites. The sound quality was incredible, and the design is fantastic. It worked perfectly after being charged overnight and used for a day. The sound quality and volume are fantastic. br>br>The next time I used it, it stopped working after about an hour and refused to shut down. It suddenly stopped working, and I was unable to turn it off in order to reset it. Zagg support is useless for these products, and they do not provide warranty support even though I purchased it new. br>br>A complete waste of money. I gave it back to her.

I'll give it this: it's VERY LOUD. However, unless you turn the speaker all the way up, the bass sounds a little muffled. 100% WATERPROOF!

100% WATERPROOF! I put it in a pool, where it fell in and nearly floated back to the surface. It'll be completely submerged when it's finished. When the two merge, the music stops. However, once you remove it, it sounds exactly as it did before! br>GREAT SPEAKER IN GENERAL, BUT THE BASS NEEDS TO BE GREAT AT ALL VOLUMES, NOT JUST THE MAX VOLUME.

Lol. The sound quality is absolutely fantastic. When you're a little further away from it, the connection isn't great, but it's still very good, and if you don't get this speaker after hearing how I just described it, there's something wrong with you. It's a good deal for the money, and it's almost as loud as those JBL speakers (I know because my nephew owns one).

This is a fantastic speaker. My husband is extremely picky when it comes to sound quality, but he absolutely adores this speaker. It sounds like he'll be great at whatever he does. My husband likes it despite the fact that it is a little larger than expected. It's still small enough to take with you, about the size of a small water bottle. br>br>The first one we got didn't work at all- It would randomly turn on and off, make a buzzing noise, and change the volume on its own. It was promptly replaced by Amazon. They also didn't make a fuss about it.
