I'm not sure, but the sound is fantastic. It's better than I expected and can be used in the yard, at camp, or at the pool. For 4wlr, it's not loud enough.
Despite the fact that Bluetooth has improved significantly in recent versions, the AUX will still provide better sound at this time; there must be another issue.
Yes, especially the XL, it has good bass for its size.
I would strongly advise you to invest in a better Bluetooth speaker. Ultimate ears is a significant improvement for a few dollars more.

For your convenience, the wind has been blown. These were purchased in pairs. One is for me, and the other is for my younger brother. My brother's voice is fantastic, but mine is terrible. At the time, they were paid $200 each, and his work was flawless. Mine sounded like a piece of garbage. I went back and purchased another. Exactly the same issue. The door was flung open. I'd heard about it, and it sounded awful. Is it true that the speakers are already blown up? What the hell is going on? When I spoke with him, he stated that his is starting to fail. It's a speaker with a price tag of $200! YES, AMAZON, YES, YES, YES, I've been a regular customer for years, and this is by far the worst product I've ever seen.
Because my husband and I both enjoy music, I bought this speaker for our anniversary. br>To begin, I'd like to introduce the first speaker. Unfortunately, only half of the speaker worked after unboxing and use for the first time. No matter how loud it was, it sounded muffled and bad. It didn't matter what kind of music it was, from osts to various genres. The speakers had basically blown up. br>I gave it back in exchange for this one. Second speaker: br>br>Second speaker: br>br>Second speaker: br>br>S br>At first, it sounded better. but. br>After about 5-minutes of use with the SECOND one, After 7 hours, it became muffled and sounded like static. We don't listen to music that is played at a very high volume. It was at a volume of 3 to 4 and it sounded as if we blasted it at 100%. The muffled sound and crackle became worse as I increased the volume to and beyond 5. br>br>I'm disappointed in this purchase and wish I could return it for a better speaker at a lower cost. This seemed like a good deal to me, but I was mistaken. The sound quality caused me to second-guess my choice. One of our friends has a portable Bose water-resistant speaker, which sounds great at any volume. Instead, I'll have to investigate that. Altec has gotten a lot of good press recently. br>br>I'm not a fan. br>br>I gave it a three because it sounded pretty good when it was working correctly. The video is a clever concept. I didn't use it, but it's supposed to be able to attach to anything, such as handlebars! It also has a spot where NFC-enabled phones can be placed. It worked with both Bluetooth and wired connections. br>Overall, I came to the following conclusion: It's a decent speaker, but not for the price I paid. br>Saving up for a higher-quality speaker is a good idea.
- Note: I didn't put it in the water. I was worried it wouldn't last because it already had issues.
This was purchased as a gift, but I tried it out first to ensure that the recipient would enjoy it. I let it charge for a day before connecting it to my phone and listening to music. It was simple to connect to my phone, but the sound quality was inferior to that of less expensive brands. I have an 808 Can that costs about half as much as this bluetooth speaker but sounds much better. This speaker appears to be tough and cool, but it is incapable of handling any kind of bass. Also, the volume isn't up to par. Over the sound of bubbling hot tubs, it is impossible to hear. Such a letdown. I'm coming back.
I bought a Jawbone Big Jambox for around $300 a few years ago. It was excellent for a party or house speaker. However, it has become a little worn out over time, and the battery life has decreased. br>br>I've been looking for a budget-friendly, rugged, full-range speaker to listen to all kinds of music on for a few years now. Classical, hip hop, and rock are just some of the genres covered. I've tried a lot of the budget speakers on Amazon, and they're all disappointing — weak lows, no punch, and flat mid/upper ranges. However, in this speaker, I've finally found a replacement for my Big Jambox. This is a review of the Altex IWM790L LifeJacket XL Jolt with lighting effects. br>br> I've only had it for a day since I unboxed it and started playing with it. But, dang, I'm in a good mood. The default flat EQ settings on Spotify sound good. br>br> But man, it sounds a lot fuller when I turn up the bass on the EQ. When I put it against my wall, it has a beautiful resonance. So, if you're a basshead looking for some crazy thumping, this speaker can deliver, especially if you use an equalizer to boost the lows. br>br>The wireless charging feature (which allows you to rest your phone on top of it to charge it) is convenient, but it's not why I bought it. Wireless charging works on an iPhone 10 Max even with an Otterbox Defender case, but not on my iPhone 11 Max with an Otterbox Defender. The case is as thick as a bank vault door, which should come as no surprise. br>br>I like that you can charge the speaker while using it. Something you could do with the Big Jambox as well. It makes a difference to have the thing charged all the time!br>br>As for the ruggedness, I haven't torture tested it yet, but based on all of the review videos on YouTube, I'm confident that it'll be fine when I'm in a deluge or drop it into a puddle of mud. br>br>I've listened to a bunch of tracks that I'm very familiar with. It ranges from classical to hard rock, and it is truly outstanding; you will not be disappointed.
I opened it up and the radio appeared to be in good working order. I turned it on and it sounded great until it reached half volume, at which point the mids and highs began to cut out. After 3/4 volume, the highs and mids come in and out between the bass, and there is no equal sound. After 5 minutes of listening, it began to crackle and sound terrible. To say the least, I'm disappointed! My Jam Party is much louder than this. I was under the impression that spending this much money on an altec would result in a better product, and I'm getting my money back!.
I was skeptical that the sound would be as clear as it is on their slightly larger speakers, but this one proved me completely wrong! This has some incredible sound. If you're working outside, it's lightweight and easy to transport, and the sound travels far. This speaker has wowed me, and it's now my go-to speaker. to take with you when you're working outside. It's tough and won't break if you drop it. The speaker was incredible.
