Stereo equipment is not included with this unit. In reality, it was my own fault. It never occurred to me to think about The assumption I made was that. Neither it is stereo nor does it use a microphone. However, this unit is mono, hooked up to another set of speakers, and its output is mono. If you put down some good bass, however, this unit is fine for the price. As a pipe organist, I record digitally and then take it home, and this system can play it back. Amazon says the book is stereo when the search results come up for me with a mono option. The problem definitely needs to be addressed!.

The reason why I bought it was that I wanted a multifunctional device I have a zone setup for my garage, patio, and pool. For this purpose, I figured four channels would be sufficient (2 channels in the garage for the 4 speakers there, a channel for the 2 speakers by the pool, and one for the 2 speakers on the patio). While this amplifier is advertised as STEREO, I have read reviews that state that it is a MONO amplifier. I did have a stereo unit, however. My first impression was that it was All four channels have two sets of speaker connectors but are left or right, despite the fact that they have four channels. Each channel can be connected to either two left speakers or two right speakers. For stereo to work in a given location, you need to have two channels. It was obvious that was not going to work for me, so I had to throw it away. After some research, I decided to buy a zone selector and amp separately for a bit Upon inspection, one thing we noticed would go to quality control for these components, and that would be the left channel and right channel were opposite of the information on the back of the unit. There are no left or right labels on the item's pictures at all, but I have a unit with those labels. It appears that some of these units are wired one way while others might be wired differently. After looking at the label, I believe that some of these units were just flipped. This was not caused by hooking up my input backward or incorrectly. I was using Bluetooth to verify left and right channels from different applications and YouTube videos, so it was not because of an incorrect input or connection. In spite of that, the unit did work, it sounded great, and it is a pretty good looking unit, so it receives 3.

This AMP does not meet my expectations. One would not expect Pyle's quality from this product. It is too easy for the speaker clips to fall off. I have one of the speakers that won't stay on, which leaves me with only three channels for my outdoor speakers to use. The problem is that I do not have the original box (according to Amazon's tech support). Even though the item is under warranty, I cannot return it. You should keep the box for the duration of the warranty period if you decide to purchase this AMP.

My goal is to build a multipurpose building with this. I wanted Bluetooth for my AMP when it died. After reading reviews of the Two Zone version of the device, I was concerned about its range. Having a wide range of products is a huge advantage. Upstairs in Hall way, there is a home for the AMP. We have BT working in the upstairs, which has an insulated floor and You can place the phone on the far wall about 40 feet from AMP and it will work! When a connected device is detected, it also announces this. They sound much better than their old setup which was a Sony Home Receiver with 2 channels. In this scenario, it defaults to AUX after the hard power You would have to toggle to BT by pressing Mode. In the case of holding the Mode button for too long, like 2 seconds, it will turn the power off and shut down the unit. My heart sank when I realized it had We should be able to configure Mode in the same way as Source. In addition to the classic iPod, this place has an old When I try to use it, it appears as a USB drive. The iPod was placed in docking mode, and the computer could not figure out how to get it out. In that area, radio stations don't be heard very much. I left the mics on, so I hadn't touched the MIC inputs. It would be nice if each volume control had an ON/OFF switch, so they can just switch off the rooms. This is a great amplifier if you have something like Echo and have a multi-room setup.

It is a good idea to do your research and make sure that it is a good fit for As my needs were somewhat straightforward and specific, I had a few options. Basically, I use it to power my speakers that are in my backyard. I have two speaker runs that are longer than 60 feet, two that are 30 feet and two that are less than 20 feet long. So I could supply adequate power to my outdoor speakers and still have good sound in my backyard, I needed a source with independent volume levels. Due to my wireless adapter that allows me to stream wirelessly or Bluetooth directly to the receiver inputs, I have access to a very large library of music. Using a plugin adapter with my home automation system is what made it all possible. It is a physical switch that I needed because it has an output source like this. My application does not work with electronic on/off switches. Those are the only bonuses for me, the radio is the only bonus. I do not expect many extra bells and whistles at this price point. As far as I'm concerned, it works perfectly.
