No, S- Video requires four pins and a unique key, both of which are not designed for video.
If you require power via the 6 pin cable, it is most likely only available from the drive's manufacturer, as this cable will only connect between 6pin ports.
This is just a cable, so it's a no-go.
Only ten and twenty-five foot lengths are available.

This was purchased to house some amateur radio gear. I halved it and added a 5-foot piece of rope to the end. attach a DIN plug (for a TNC) to one of the cut ends and an RJ-45 connector to the other. 45 to the other (if using a Signalink USB). Both cables are in excellent condition.
For my Saitek x-series, this is the perfect replacement cable. There are 52 controllers.
I threw out the cable, assuming it was 2021 and that no one used 6pin din anymore; however, I was mistaken; it was for my Saitek X52. This substitution was perfect.
All pins are connected. This is a fantastic solution. All pins are connected. **I had to trim the outside of the connector plastic to make it fit into my YAESU HF rig far enough. I would strongly suggest it!.
Now you can use the joystick.
My Saitek X52 cable has become unusable. a quick and inexpensive fix.
As promised by Prime, the package arrived on time. Work exactly as expected - two months later, everything is still the same.
It's fantastic.
