As soon as they broke my heart, I loved them
3/5

These headphones came into my possession in April of this year, and I fell in love immediately. This pair is comfortable and they don't look clunky or big like a lot of over-sized shoes In the - A common type of headphone on the market is an earbud. Both the sound quality and appearance of the speakers are excellent. It goes without saying that I am absolutely in love with Then just today, after regular use for the past 6 months, the plastic on the side of the device As soon as it cracked, the plastic piece detached completely exposing the wire. It should be noted that I do not pull open any of my headphones as I place them on my head, and I do not use rough techniques when I put them on. I don't have a large head by any means, in fact, these are a little large This doesn't make sense to me at all. They just broke. There is no way to use them anymore. Although I tried gluing them back together, they aren't sticking together because of where the break is located (as you can see in the picture). There is no doubt in my mind that I am My expectation was more than 6 months' worth of use out of headphones costing $100.

This does not fit into A 1/4-inch jack is all you need instead of 5mm jacks
5/5

The sound is great, and my son loves them. Unfortunately, we did not read carefully enough to realize that it only has a 1/4 inch plug and no adapter to allow it to work with a 3 inch device. Jacks with a 5mm connector. Having to buy this was not an issue, but otherwise, these are absolutely fantastic.

A great sounding pair of headphones with a minor flaw
4/5

There is one thing these headphones do not do for me, though, and that is to absorb sound. With a price tag of 99 dollars, without including 3 cents. I think the 5mm adapter is a dumb way to cut costs. It would have been nice if you guys had In addition to purchasing plenty of $99 headphones that came with the adapter, I also purchased a $7 adapter that allowed me to Although this is the case, would I recommend this pair of headphones to others? You will need a 6 volt adapter, which you will needs to be aware of. A 3mm to a 3mm difference. Since all your headphones use a 5 mm jack ( standard headphone jack ), you can use these if you do not have audio equipment. The sound and comfort of these headphones are fabulous, and I would recommend them over the ATH-M50 This is different from the M40x I tried before. It's a pity these headphones aren't provided with adapters, but for someone who wants to listen to their music in high quality, these headphones make a fine choice.

Sound quality is excellent for medium to high frequencies, but poor for low frequencies
3/5

Since the 1970s, I have used Sennheiser HD 580s in conjunction with a Yamaha digital piano (P80), and the combination is fantastic. My thoughts are that Sennheiser's open back headphones are likely to be excellent after the HD 559 I tried. Not at all! There are times when I notice that my bass part of my piano sounds as if it was I have never played an acoustic or a digital piano like this before. Thus, they might be able to give some listeners an enjoyable listening experience. In terms of low frequency fidelity, they're a bit of a let down. It sounds better (in the bass) on my Apple earbuds than on The brief answer is that if you want a digital piano to sound like a real piano, then you should use (I, by the way, find them to be exceptionally.

I love the taste of this
5/5

used to own a pair of Sennheiser HD 558s that I loved as they had stronger bass, but I bought them refurbished and they happened to break. Since I bought my replacement Samson SR850s I had been using them for almost 2 months. They were bright and sibilant in comparison, but now that I have THESE the difference from both of them is amazing. I've only had them a short time. As rightfully stated, they're a bit tight at first. That's normal for new headphones, but you have to break them in. My music taste includes indie pop, rock, folk, various rnb and hip-hop genres and a bit of rap, as well as future bass (specifically Snail's House). Any change of spectrum is noticeable, and it opens up the headphones. We'll see how rock, metal, and djent go since we haven't gotten to them yet. In comparison to the predecessor, the 558, I have removed the foam piece in the 559, and it has a WAY more open back, something that I call a "true" open back. Although I am able to hear myself from low to decent volumes, when the music is playing, I am not aware my tower fan is You can't hear any bass at max volume, so you can wear these on the bus, but not in a library. The leakage isn't terrible either, you can hear the bass without any audio leakage. You should look no further if you are looking for good gaming or music headphones that allow you to hear the space within whatever you are doing. As for myself, I use these for gaming, music, and video editing, so there is no turning back for me - Sennheiser4lyfe.

I prefer it to the HD598
5/5

Here are the best open back phones you can get if you want a great sound stage and good base. Upon listening to these, I am satisfied that they are better than the HD598s In general, The 598s have better base and sound stage, and overall make every single song more enjoyable than it was These headphones are top notch, so if you're looking for new ones under 200 dollars, you should definitely check them.

The best open back headphones I've ever owned
5/5

Open back headphones have been on my radar for a few years. It was important for me to be able to hear what is going on in the room I am in, while having great sound quality, so I purchased these speakers. While closed backed headphones make it sound like the source of the sound is within your head, open backed headphones make it sound like you are in the same room or environment as the sounds. It isn't necessarily an obvious difference between the two, it's just a matter of However, I have to say that In the past, I have had Grados for two pairs of open backs. I wanted to try something new. They are good, but I wanted to try something different. I was unable to complete both of my degrees because the cables broke. There is an option for changing the cords on these. I'll get to just swap in a new cord when they break, which is a huge bonus. What I did not expect is how much better these are in terms of build quality. Also, I enjoy them more because of their comfort. My Grados are okay, but I think I'm now a Sennheiser convert.

I purchased these headphones for my husband and he absolutely adores them
5/5

I'm now able to enjoy my time by listening to what I want to without having to listen to everything he is watching/listening to. The open back headphones are proving to be a great choice for him because his ears won't sweat as much and he can wear them for 8 hours or longer I have had no issues wearing these over 10 hours however, I found that the foam that goes over the ear is a bit too hard and causes me headaches I am very sensitive to pressure on my head, so I couldn't wear these. Please take note The planes we purchased did not come with a warranty.
