The Life Q20 reduces ambient noises better/greatly than the Life 2 by combining Active Noise Canceling with Hybrid Active Noise Canceling technology, and by adding two more built-in ANC microphones (4 in total). The engineers of our company have also made improvements to the sound and speaker to make it more enjoyable for our customers.
Even if the power is off, you can use the headphones over the aux cable. It is necessary to turn on the noise cancelling and the bass boost, even with an aux cable, for them to work
In order to cancel out the ambient sound, they use both internal and external microphones. Several microphones seek out ambient noises and then cancel them out using this technology. In contrast, hybrid noise-canceling headphones have both microphones, whereas most active noise-canceling headphones place the microphone on either the outside of the earcups or the inside. It is generally true that active noise-canceling headphones with internal microphones tend to have better sound than those with external microphones It is better-than- Noise cancellation to the best of its ability. Mice on the inside of the headphones can hear when the listener hears (since they are on the inside), so they know exactly what to block out without interrupting you when you hear the music. Sadly, however, this approach is typically not effective when dealing with louder noises or higher frequencies, so the noise-cancelling does not work as well. However, a system that incorporates external microphones and noise-canceling headphones is similar to the opposite. Having the microphones on the outside means they do not tend to block out just the low frequency range, but also deal better with the medium to loud volume range. On the downside, they usually result in more "anti-" This is called "noise", and it has an adverse effect on
The headphones come with an AUX cable, so you can use them in wired mode as well. In this case, we can use the headphones in two ways Bluetooth or wired (with an AUX cable) are the two ways to connect.

Good ANC is at the core of what they do, and they provide pleasant service. I'd love if it weren't so bassy The quality of the sound. So let me give an overview of the pros and cons I've noticed in my first experience using them The pros are Then continue reading As noted, the sound quality is nice, and the mids have some reinforcement This is a deep bass track, but the bass is tight, and the mids and highs are mellow* Sound quality is hardly affected with noise cancellation activated, and the speaker does not bother me with hiss when ANC is enabled -- This is not a 'make the world go away' level, and it lets sound of certain frequencies, but not everything I absolutely love this, as I'm busy looking for ways to eliminate low-frequency sounds like an air conditioner and dogs barking near me, as well as the rumble of airplane engines when I'm on long flights*- Mostly, they are comfortable to wear - with the exception of the slightly too small earcups (to my taste). The garment should be neither too loose nor too snug*br / Although all of the different voice prompts are pleasant and at a reasonable volume, there are a few cons Then continue reading Taking care of this problem is difficult It is not possible to charge and listen to music at the same time - Taking care of this problem is difficult As a phone headset, this can't be used in wired mode (these are headphones only when they are plugged into a cable, and there is no microphone available). The material of the earcups is too insulative, causing undesirable warmth and sweating under fairly normal conditions (74F / 45% RH, sitting at a computer doing work, so they would not be suitable for truly hot and humid conditions)
- In the process of switching ANC on and off, the enhanced bass enables momentarily, which is just bad design, and a bit jarring. These plastic-based products have noisy, creaking hinges and pivots, and represent what is wrong with cheap plastic-based products Construction made out of plastic*- They have a light, though unpleasant smell, that I suspect is related to the earcup material, and it's not fading as fast as I would like. There is a general lack of refinement in build quality I also thought the area where the earcup cushions meet the body was unevenly finished. This is why I can't really recommend these, since I believe refinement and solid build quality should be reasonable expectations for a $70 headset. had the chance, I would give them three stars. If I could give them 5 stars, I would, but since I am so happy with their core functionality, I will give them 4.
From a pair of $60 headphones, I did not expect the Anker Soundcore Life Q20 to live up to my expectations. Aside from the sound, the style, the comfort, and the build quality, this set of headphones has everything to earn your appreciation. These are the best headphones you can find for a very low price. They sound fantastic for a very small price. In the following sections, I will present complete specs for the headphones. This product's general specs will provide an idea of what to expect. One of the first things you will notice about these headphones is that they have Bluetooth As a result, their range is excessively long, and they are electronic headphones with low energy transfer. With all the extras turned on, this pair of headphones has a 30 hour battery life. When you turn off a few features and don't need the volume to be too loud, you can get up to 60 hours of battery life. These headphones have a noise-cancelling function as well as bass boosting capabilities. It sits on your ear but the padding around your ear is memory foam and I love that it goes around your ear, not on top of A great sound and lightness make them a great choice. One of the best things about these headphones is their bass. It is possible that people looking for a more bass-centric sound should stay away from these, but after testing them I found them to be very good sounding. In addition to the auxiliary cable, a charging cable, and a carrying pouch, these pairs were provided. Here's an overview of what sound features are available to you. I'm impressed with the sound quality right out of the box. For those who are bass fans and want more, there is a feature called bass up that hits hard. provide noise cancellation so that background noises can be drowned out. the bass turned up and noise cancelling turned on, you can expect to get up to 30 hours of battery life. If you don't use these features, you can expect to get up to 60 hours of battery life. As for myself, I have yet to use the noise cancelling feature and I think the sound in normal mode is good. In my experience, these headphones last for at least 40 hours. Battery life will be affected as well by louder volumes. It is possible that those of you who are audiophiles will have different opinions, but I found these headphones to sound just as good as Beats or other headphones costing $100 or more. The headphones are light and they adjust for different head sizes. The build quality is good as well. There are no cheap materials in them, which I quite like. Memory foam around the ears is very It's they're large enough to wrap around my ears rather than sit on my ears like other headphones do which I find most appealing. It's great to have headphones that are so comfortable and well made. It comes as no surprise that The Anker Soundcore Life Q20 is My personal opinion is that this pair of headphones provides the sound someone who can't afford expensive headphones would provide. They are comfortable, have an excellent battery life, and are an excellent alternative for anyone looking for a pair of headphones that sound good without burning them out.
The battery life is great, and the price is low. Cons The noise cancellation is decent, but not great, and the ear cups trap heat, even on warm days
I fly a handful of times a year, and I commute ok by public transit. For my daily commute, I like to use wireless headphones since I have a nice set of IEMs for long haul flights. While they work well for reducing noise, they are not as good as noise-canceling headphones There is a bit of ambient noise, but you can still hear the outside world (it is a bit quieter, but you can hear it). The other minor problem with these is I find that my ears get a bit sweaty after wearing these headphones for more than 2 hours at a time. Although I noticed it on the way to the airport (because it was so cold) it may not be as apparent when out and about. As a result, I prefer my in-ear monitors on flights because they are better at blocking out engine noise, and they also do a better job of blocking out voices (especially from crying infants, which the soundcore Q20 doesn't block well). The Q20 is good enough that I will replace my expensive IEMs for short A positive feature of the Q20 is the battery life - it's probably the strongest argument for its choice. My daily commute and a roundtrip flight were the reason I used them over the last two weeks and I am still getting enough charge to get me through. I have never owned a pair of wireless headphones with such a good battery life.
Considering the price range, I would recommend them. Among the many things I've liked about this device, its sound quality is slightly better than I expected, the noise cancellation is decent but not great, and the battery life is very impressive. It might not be your best bet if you need complete silence on lengthy flights, but these are great for everyday use and the occasional 4 hour flight.
