I initially received a messed up case, but the customer service team reached out to me and sent me two free replacement cases. Compared to the old case, the new one fits better and looks better. Additionally, the key ring I purchased is of very high quality, I prefer it to the Apple key ring.

As for the keychain itself, it is plastic and the first day it was used it broke. It had to be replaced with a keychain I made myself.

This is a nice design, however, the cut out is This was bought for my mom and she liked the design and it seemed to be of decent quality for the price, however, the cutout for the airtag was too small and made it look off-centered, which detracted from the overall appeal

There is no evidence that this is genuine leather. Pleated leather is used here. There are several telltale signs that this product is fake, such as the texture, the smell, the thickness (or lack thereof), and the fake "suede" inside. Stay away from this.

I like the tag holder and it does look like leather. However, it does not seem to be made from real leather as advertised. . . it is made more from plastic or rubber.

A panel of pleather around the loop connector has cracked and has left a badly cut edge just a few weeks after installation. There is a very good fit, but the material quality is too low to make up for it.
