Mounting points for M3 are too big, and those for M2 are too small. ?

Hello, I checked on the unit and it appears Screws with a 5mm head are needed to mount the As shown in the advertising, you should have also received screws and flat cable with the BIGTREECH screen. You may need longer ones if you want to mount them. The size of these A 5 mm thread size is available.

Does the backlight have a software option to turn it off?

Your ability to do so is clear to me. My software has been configured with Octoprint and Octodash, and when the printer is not associated, the screen shuts down.

Can you direct me to the manual or installation guide?

Follow the guide on installation and setup given by ruiraptor on YouTube for bigtreetech. My screen looked like the image below after I installed Octodash by following the advanced guide.

I have never seen an article which shows how to connect the display to the BTT TFT Can you please explain how v2 is different from v0? Could you please explain the connector to me?

The diagram you need can be found on YouTube for bigtreetech and ruiraptor's guide. It looks like it connects to the outside connection of the Rspi 4. Then lift up the white tab and slide the ribbon cable in. Refit the tab and you're ready.

There is a lot of interference caused by the screen on the Pi with the WiFi antenna! received mine Friday, but discovered that the wifi on my Pi 3B+ no longer works

My Pi 3 3GB has been defective for days and I had to buy a new Pi 4 2GB since I thought it was the Pi 3. I then installed it on the screen and it did the same! Sooner or later. There was, in fact, nothing wrong with either of the Pis. The problem was actually with the SCREEN. When the screen is powered on, the screen produces this field, which acts as a jammer and disables wifi (and possibly Bluetooth as well, but I had not tested that yet). So it appears that the screen has a MAJOR design flaw that causes issues because when you have the pi installed as shown on the listing, the screen doesn't display correctly. My screen really worked fine, but I had to send it back and I wouldn't recommend anyone buying this.

There is no more Backlight

I lost the ability to turn on the backlight Now that the return window has closed, I see that it cannot be extended. It is a lucky day for Actually, it turned out that I tore the cable a little bit and that took it out, so it was my fault, not theirs.
