It is true. It comes with 2 tips, but they are in a box below the pliers. If you don't look for them you might toss them out guessing they are just empty packaging.
As I have stated on many other questions about this pen from this manufacturer, it is NOT an original Samsung pen. It is essentially a ripoff pen because it does not have Bluetooth functionality. You simply need to insert the pen in the phone for a few hours, in which case the pen will charge and pair automatically with the phone. If you do have a Samsung original, it will work the same way. Those of you who have bought this pen from this manufacturer/supplier likely got ripped off just like me and got a plain plastic pen in return. Neither they nor you have the right to call it an "original Samsung."
As the tips rub against the screen over time, they can wear down and eventually break. Of the many phones with stylus tips I've owned over the years, I've only replaced one tip because I always lose my pen and have to buy an entirely new one.
Yes, that is correct, it is NOT the official or original Blue tooth doesn't work in the iPad. There is nothing special about the pen it is just black plastic. We should not be allowed to refer to it as a Samsung original.

In any case, it works. The pen works as it should, but I don't believe that Samsung is offering it as an official Samsung product. The finest plastic and Chinese craftsmanship go into the making of this piece It is one of the ways Amazon allows sellers to get their products As much as I've called out this company for its blatant lies, I must say the pen appears to be working as described. It will not be an actual Samsung product, just don't expect it to be.

As I mentioned in the other review, this pen is an excellent replacement. You lose things more often when you continuously lose things. It would be nice if the reminder system for the pen were.
It was lost at Disneyland, I spent an hour on the phone with a cell phone provider to get a new one, and then I checked Amazon for $10 and bam, it was there. The Amazon price was cheaper than the cell phone provider's, and the fit and function were the same as the original model. When the cell service provider offered one, it was for the S21 not the S20, I wished I had checked this site first and bought another as a backup.
