Choosing a surge protector was a difficult decision for me when I decided I needed a second surge protector, but I chose this one due to its flat plug, its cord length, and its size. The mixed reviews this surge protector received on Amazon have not deterred me thus far. In addition to power strip use, its primary use is as a convenient power strip for a lamp and a cell phone, as the nearest outlet is behind the mattress of my bed and I was seeking a surge protector with flat plugs so that my mattress can be closest to the wall. At least one review points out the following You can see from the package picture that I took that this is true by looking at one of the pictures. The surge protector is actually made by JASCO, not GE, but it comes with a lifetime equipment warranty and the surge protector itself is covered by GE's trademark, so who cares since GE is willing to endorse it? The surge protector is good, and I will buy it again if I need one in the future. I have no regrets purchasing it and it is a good buy in every way.

The plug is 75" off the wall and has a low profile. A surge protector like this is perfect for plugging into furniture behind. It required something very low profile. After lots of research, this was the lowest profile plug I could locate on Amazon. Despite being plugged into the wall, only a small portion of it protrudes. It has a width of 75 inches and allows you to place furniture right The cord coming out of the plug is offset as well, which is very appealing to me. There is a curve on the right instead of a straight line. To my surprise, everything worked just fine after I placed the surge protector on the ground directly above the plug. I have no complaints about GE, it's a trusted brand!.

I ordered this to give my kids the power they need to use their workstations for online schooling. For the past few months, we have only had 2 things plugged in (a monitor and an air conditioner). There is only one mini PC tower, and it serves this purpose. I can tell you we moved both kids' workstations closer to our router on Saturday in order to achieve better signal strength. We chose this surge protector as we didn't need more than one for both setups, and since it was one of the latest models. The workstation is connected to the computer (1 monitor) Worked for me. Added a second workstation to the network (1 monitor, 1 computer) I am still at work. Thus, we have two monitors and two computers at this point I switched on two PCs and everything appeared to be operational, until my daughter wanted to charge her phone at her desk and as soon as I plugged it into it, one of the monitors shut off. A phone charger had to be unplugged before it could be powered back up again. I was lucky, as it was a monitor and keyboard problem One of the PCs is not working. It goes without saying we'll be watching this surge protector closely. I am feeling concerned because, if it were to trip on excessive pull, I would be somewhat concerned, but to do nothing worries me. It has not occurred to us to experience an issue with the other surge protector which has the same amount of outlets so we will switch back to one of them for safety purposes.

This seems like a great idea but unfortunately it will not work. The problem was that I had to skip one outlet and barely could use the other five. I feel a little concerned because one plug is not quite plugged in because it is practically overlapping the one directly It would be great if there were a bit more distance As far as the rest of it goes, it looks like it's working fine, I've only had it set up for a few.

I use it for both phone chargers and Nintendo Switch chargers and it's great. Power is not lacking for anything and fast chargers power up quickly, so none of that is problematic. All in all, it works well.

A few more cords needed to be plugged in in our living room, so we purchased this. It is mostly chargers since the outlet is behind some furniture and the charging cords are too short to go through there. We were able to get what we were looking for here. I love the on/off switch on it, so when it's not in use we don't have to crawl behind our furniture to unplug it. The switch is as simple as flicking it! It is great to have you as a customer ) I appreciate the price of the product.
