Versalink offers unmatched speed and quality in its price range, actually under $1000. It can even print photos with its 8-megapixel camera, which is rare in this price range. The depth of the bit. Although the resolution of the workcentre is higher, its image quality does not approach that Although it would print startup pages and the first page of each spooled print if I restarted the printer with no problems, the Versalink scanner no longer worked, and it bricked the whole printer. Having bought a new toner and all the accessories for it as well as an expensive paper tray, I had the Versalink useless after two years. All I had left to print was 8k. Although the Workcentre never failed me, I returned it to get the Versalink because the bands on solid colors were horrendous. When there are only a few solids in the picture, it prints well, but if there are any mixture of colors it looks bad. The scanner used by this printer is the same one as the Versalink scanner, and I see people complaining of the same issue I had with that scanner. The short answer is that I am beyond upset with Xerox, and I will never buy another product from them again. Versalink is a dear machine to me because it seems like it should last a very long time, but I found myself changing the rollers at every 5k print because it was smearing the black toner, and I had to get 4 replacement rollers. A 3k print followed by a 400- print causes the brick to self-brick. It costs 500 dollars to fix it. Laser printers have too many moving parts for their home users and can go wrong for them on a regular basis. It's not just Xerox. It is for a small business that expects to have printer maintenance performed regularly and just wants it to keep print after print. If the printer will be used for home use and you won't need to print ridiculous quantities, buy a tank printer.

Delivered on time, in perfect shape, and in accordance with the description. Only thing was I had trouble figuring out where in my 6510DNI they were located. From there on, everything was smooth sailing. My intention is to purchase again if the need arises.

As I tried much cheaper alternatives, their inferior performance did not work, so I had to resort to the Xerox Original that worked perfectly, though it was quite expensive. It seems ridiculous that they are charging the high price for printer As an IT professional, I must admit, Xerox products are among the best in the market.

You can keep your Xerox machine up and running for a good price

It is NEVER the same with off brand toner, as a former Xerox representative and a witness of off-brand use. Off-brand products simply do not measure up to the quality of quality original equipment manufacturer (OEM). If you buy ink/toner, go with the OEM brand. Yes, it will cost you a little more, but it is I forgot to add that if you use "off brands", you will almost always void the warranty if you buy OEM. (I just wanted to mention that.
