Have you checked the battery compartment of the mouse we had the same problem for two days and we found it there even got a new mouse but it still wasn't plugging in -in that one or any other also found it in battery compartment. Here is the mouse, hope you can find yours
There has been an ongoing problem with the number 2 key not working, so I am forced to use the side keys. It seems that this keyboard is prone to having faulty keys.
You will find it in the flap of the box. Putting something like that in the wrong place is not a good idea.

With their infinite wisdom, Logitech has made this keyboard and mouse unifying instead of offering a single dongle that works only with this product. The new set-point software is called "Options" and it's even worse than the old set-point software. It comes in three times the size of the old Set-Point software. The first thing it does is ask you to create an account, and then they ask you to share the history of your account. Thank you, but no thanks! It is important to note that the "Options" software only controls the mouse, so in order to map the keyboard, you must install the Set-Point package as well. Due to the fact that this is a somewhat simple mouse and can be used with generic options in Microsoft, I removed the "Options" package. You lose just the battery monitor. By the way, I've always been a fan of Logitech products, but the discontinuation of the unifying dongle and this keyboard, in particular, are changing my mind. There are times when the keyboard drops keystrokes, but the overall feel is quite solid. I cannot recommend it since that is the primary function of a keyboard. I also find that the mouse that comes with it feels cheap (probably because it cost so little). The combination of these two issues makes this package unattractive. Upon learning that Logitech will no longer produce the unifying dongle and software, I was deeply disappointed. I would be forced to look elsewhere for keyboard and mouse replacements if that were the only change. I do not recommend this overall!.
Despite the presence of the USB receiver near the mouse & keyboard Despite the keyboard working fine, there was so much lag that I found it difficult to work with. The wireless mouse and keyboard I had with me were working perfectly when I set it up, but the keyboard stopped working after a couple of hours of work today. My mice and keyboard have been turned off, the batteries have been replaced, and the USB receiver has been disconnected and reconnected. I am still experiencing the same issue. As far as the mouse is concerned, it works great, however the keyboard isn't responsive. Bummer. So I started looking for another keyboard on Amazon, hoping to stick to Logitech but thinking maybe I should just get something more expensive. The issue was explained in a review of a comparable Logitech product by someone who corrected it by placing the USB receiver next to As a result, I tried this and it seems to have fixed the problem. desk, as well as the keyboard and mouse. All of my computer activities are run through my laptop under the desk I have under the desk I use my laptop as a mouse. ), but I still only give three stars because this isn't ideal. However, it is working now. In the near future, I will replace it so I can arrange my desk the way I like it. I will continue using this for now, but I will replace it in the near future. We are looking for prospective buyers. In order for the USB receiver to be visible to the mouse and keyboard, your equipment must be arranged so that the USB receiver is near them (so if you have a computer tower that is stored under your desk and is difficult to relocate, you may wish to choose something else).
My favorite parts of this keyboard are the space bar, the 7 key, and the volume controls. While the keyboard and other keys have ceased to function and are still under warranty, Logitech has had me talk to multiple technicians, who repeatedly ask me to repeat the same process. Over the past three conversations with techs, their response does not reflect what I have discussed with the other techs. Since I waited over 10 days now to get insurance approval for a warranty replacement (it is supposed to have a 3 year limited hardware warranty) and there hasn't been any communication. The emails I sent to them no longer get a response. Over the years, I have purchased many Logitech products and thought they were a good company. However, this lack of honoring their warranty has made me rethink their products and customer service. I will be referring most of my friends and co-workers to other companies.
One of these was already in my desktop setup and I use it with two computers. I just bought a second keyboard so that I don't have to disassemble it every time I want to use a standard keyboard with my laptop. For years, the original one has been working flawlessly, with very few batteries ever needing to be replaced despite hardly ever being turned off. It performs the same as the older model so far. I still can type at a respectable speed for my age, despite how basic it is. Plug in the USB dongle, make sure that the batteries are fully charged, and you've got a keyboard and mouse for just about any need. Despite its affordable price, this product is quite useful. It's also nice to type in a way that you can feel the keys as you press them.
Download the Logitech Control Center package (from Logitech) for the user to install. Unfortunately, Mac OS Catalina has a number of security barriers, and Logitech's code does not play nicely with them. In addition to requiring access to all keystroke input and the screen, it also requests access to the file system (!). Logitech's documentation about giving permissions for screens and files had no data, so I was unable to find instructions on how to grant the permission. In addition, installation require a few reboots of the Mac.
Loggitech control center says "no Logitech devices found" despite the fact that the mouse works and the keyboard is functional (but missing functions like caps lock and function keys).
;But, it still doesn't work (this product requires so much extra software). In the near future, I plan to return this keyboard/mice.
