Questions & Answers
The cable will enable you to connect your computer to a monitor if your PC has a standard 15-pin version of the VGA port.
Your TV needs a VGA port which you can connect if it is equipped with one.
There is no need for a separate audio cable.
It is possible to do that. An adapter from a female to a female video jack is all you need. This was my first attempt, I separated the audio cable while using a projector application. Only when I am projecting videos do I use the vga cable.

For decades, I have dealt with VGA cables and I have only seen a few of them fail. have bought about 15 of these cables for my company in the last two months, and three of them have failed already. During the next few months, I suspect that I will need to replace these new cables with another cable. This is my last year in Amazon doesn't listen to me, they need a black listing option for their clients. I have recommended this to Amazon multiple times, but to no avail. In order to prevent these products from showing up in my search results, I would like to add DTech to a Amazon blacklist. If I tried to remember the products I don't want, I could just remember the money and products I've spent on Amazon, but considering I've spent so much money and bought so many items, it's impossible to remember. I've told you this before ("I've said it many times, through a variety of channels, over the years"), if you want to make your service better. Here's what I need from you,.
If you never have to move this cord once installed, then it will work well. I use it in my classroom to connect my computer on my desk to my LCD projector on a cart two feet away. I roll it up when it is not in use because it goes three-quarters of the way across my classroom. This cord gets all twisted up too easily, but has lasted longer than a similar round cord. (It is stepped on every now and then, since our district won't mount It used to take me every semester to replace the round cord). As of now, this cable has lasted a semester without any signs that it needs to be replaced.
It produced terrible pictures as the signal was degraded. A cable that was bought to replace this cable was going bad and provided better picture than the replacement I attempted to return another bad purchase to Amazon, but they would not accept it. There is no way a package that has been opened could be returned since they knew it was bad. The way Amazon treats customers is kind of bad, but that's the way they are.
I have been using mine for 3 months and it is still providing 1080p perfectly - it has been 50 feet from a Security Cam System to the TV. In the DESCRIPTION, the property is rated as such. A solution under the carpet won't cut it here. My work revolves around multiple devices including both computers and mobile phones A battery powered UPS with no 'RF noise' as some others describe. NOTES / MOTIVATION I would say that you are using this cable at your own risk if you plan on using it for anything other than its "intended" use.
Using this product is a fantastic experience for us. The number of 32 we needed was Connecting our NVR security camera system (OnWote) with 5 feet of SVGA cable would be a great upgrade. Our network is now equipped with multiple displays (set up in different rooms), which allow us to monitor the activity in key areas from the most common regions of the system. It is primarily used for monitoring SVGA cable from NVR output is running into a digital SVGA picture splitter (sharing, now diverting) and along 33ft cord to our TV, which is mounted on a mobile unit and is located in our family room between kitchen and dining area. It just takes us a few minutes to rotate the television either way. With a resolution of 1680 by 1050 pixels, the picture is crisp, well defined, and perfectly fits the screen. The NVR unit now allows us to monitor multiple areas at once, saving us the effort of running around the house to look at what is happening down over the hill behind some sheds (usually a deer can be seen, but not a hawk or coyote).
With this and an HDMI to VGA adapter, I took a wire from a Yamaha RX-100 and connected it to a VGA display A V371 receiver connected to a Hitachi CP-55 A projector with the model X400. While the projector lacks HDMI in, it provides a bright and crisp image, even at a resolution of It was necessary to run the cable under a rug, so I opted for the flat cable. It is completely flat and has no bulges. Even at a distance of 25 feet, the color accuracy is precise. This is a highly recommended read.
I ordered 5 of them and have used only two of them so far, but they are both working fine. The screens were only installed at customer locations last week, so there hasn't been a lot of time to evaluate them in the long run. The cables are good right now, and the pictures on the product page show a flat surface as indicated by the product pictures. However, I shall update this review if any problems arise. It is clear to see what's going on on the monitors they are attached to no ghosting or jittering. Once my stock of 10' VGA cables runs out, I will buy more of them.
The add states that it will reach 10ft, but when I got it today, it barely reached the place I needed. The cable ends up only being 8 feet long after I measured it. While I would return it, I can spare myself the time or headache, or I can keep it. Otherwise the cable seems decently made, and performs as it should.
