It is a mistake made by anyone that terminates cat 5 or cat 6. It is clear the wire color codes are located in the correct order however, when you insert the connectors into the RJ45 one wire moved to the wrong location. We've got results. The cable tester fails to give you a result, so you cut the end off and try a second time. Prior to crimping, you will be able to see if all the cable pairs are in the right order because of the pass-through design.
