If your smartphone has a USB port, then yes. c port
This USB OTG adapter aids in the conversion of USB-based devices to USB-based devices. Convert a USB 3.0 port (Thunderbolt 3) into a C (Thunderbolt 3) port. 0 port for connecting external hard drives, flash drives, USB thumb drives, keyboards, hubs, mice, and other USB peripherals that support USB OTG.
The adapter is a piece of hardware that bridges the gap between the newer USB C and the older USB 3. It has no intelligence, so if your iPad or iPhone isn't compatible with the Sandisk drive because it won't run the software required to connect it, this won't help. If the issue is that the iPad/iPhone lacks any kind of USB interface, which I doubt, you'll need an adapter that plugs into your phone using Apple's proprietary plug and then connects to whatever interface the Sandisk drive has. HTH.
Yes, it supports 4K resolution; however, you must use a c cable rather than a micro cable.

When these two adapters arrived, I was impressed by the high quality, long-lasting construction (braided cabling with extremely durable flexible rubber fittings at each end) and the excellent packaging. br>br>Both cables are housed in a neat little box. Each adapter is individually wrapped in a high-quality protective plastic bag to ensure that it arrives looking brand new. br>br>You can tell this product's designer went above and beyond; sometimes it's the small details that distinguish a product, and this one does for me.
made; a great deal I wanted to take advantage of all of the ports on the back of my iMac. It's worth noting that adding a USB hub reduces the maximum throughput of each device connected to the hub, so I'd recommend using all of your available outlets first, which on my iMac are four type A and two type C USB 3 ports. I needed some adaptors because I don't have many devices that use type C plugs yet, and these 'Nimaso' brand adaptors came up with good user ratings and a good price, as well as nylon braided insulation, which I preferred over standard PVC insulation. These types, in my experience, wear out more quickly. Nimaso is a brand I'd never heard of before, but it turns out to be a Japanese company, despite the fact that the cables are made in China. In the future, I would most likely buy more of their products. I'm still happy with them after about a month of use.
These were purchased to go with my new 2021 iMac M1, which has two USB3 (USB-C) ports. C), as well as two Thunderbolt/USB4 ports I can connect all four ports to an older USB 2 port using these adapters. 0 and 3. There are no devices in this category. They're well-made and connect to older USB devices quickly and securely. I keep one hanging out front (see photo) so I can easily connect Garmin GPS devices, iPhones, flash drives, and other devices. These adapters are about a quarter of the price of a genuine Apple adapter, though I did buy one from Apple just to be sure there would be no problems.
This is what I use to connect a USB Audio device to my iPad Pro for recording purposes. I've been using it for nearly a year and have yet to have a bad experience with it. It appears to be durable enough to last me until I upgrade to a new device; I purchased two of them, one as a backup and the other because I haven't needed it yet. This item has met my expectations.
These conversion cables should work fine on any device unless they have a high impedance (which degrades the signal), which I've tested on a couple of game consoles and a computer. br>br>I had a number of issues with each device, including low-power external storage that would appear and disappear as if the machine was seeing it, only to disappear again. I couldn't transfer files because they would fail. br>br> I put both converter cables to the test, as well as a variety of new and old USB cables. br>br>I'd look for a different brand and forego these. I was planning on purchasing the Amazon basics, but they were advertised on their own page for the same price as two instead of one. Now I understand why. br>br>.
I bought it so that I could connect things to my iPad, such as my computer's keyboard and mouse. I wasn't sure if anything would work, but I was able to connect both (a Microsoft ergonomic Natural 4000 keyboard and a Logitech mouse) and they both worked flawlessly, allowing me to type and navigate much more quickly! That's really cool, in my opinion. Because my iPad only has one USB port, I had to borrow my computer's USB port expander to connect both a keyboard and a mouse at the same time. C is for connector. I'm curious as to what else could be used with this. Apple deserves credit for making the iPad so adaptable, and Nimaso deserves credit for producing a high-quality, low-cost adapter! Plus, you get two for the price of one original Apple adapter!.
Wow. I've had these for a year, and they've been banged around in all kinds of bags, travels, and climates, and they're still going strong with no issues. I was blown away. br>br>However, keep in mind that if you try to jury-rig a case, you will most likely be unsuccessful. You can open up a whole new can of problems by rigging solutions to the types of problems these adapters are supposed to solve. Plugging in a USB-connected device, for example, is a good example. Yes, technically, you can plug a powered snowball mic into a phone charging port. But it draws so much power that it can take your phone from 100% to 0% within 60 seconds. 120 minutes, depending on the age of the child the capacity of your battery.
Review has been updated: br>Inserting a male connector into both cable insert ends was difficult. Because one cable was particularly difficult to connect, I didn't take the chance of removing it once it was in place - Until you unintentionally remove it. Nothing would appear after that - I've tried dozens of devices and none of them work. The cables worked great once they were connected! br>br> And, after speaking with support, they agreed to send a replacement right away - br>br>It was just a bad production run - it arrived 4 days ahead of schedule and works perfectly!br>br> This is something that occurs. br>br>I'm pleased with the outcome.
