My Bose Wave Radio II was purchased in 2004 or so, and it is still in excellent condition. Unfortunately, even at minimum speed, modern computers with CD writers burn discs too quickly for this older radio to read. I experimented with various CD-ROM formats. I'd used up all of my CD-ROMs and was ready to move on. I noticed in my DVD/CD writer that there are R options for CD-R. It can write at a rate of up to 4X on RW discs, which is significantly slower than CD-RW. R discs. I jumped at the opportunity and am glad I did. Using these as one-time use discs is more than enough for my needs, even though I have no intention of rewriting over the existing data. If I find any issues, I'll update the review, but for now, everything appears to be in order.

Then, when I'm done with my project, I'll be able to delete the CD-ROM. RWs and put them to good use once more. br>br>Then there's the *Printable* angle, which completely baffles me. Is it possible to erase the printed-on part as well? As an example, if I had Zubin Mehta and the Los Angeles Philharmonic performing Bolero and it was recorded on CD- RW for posterity's sake, and then I decide to erase it and record the Rollin Uglies' Paint It Black instead. would a CD-ROM suffice? Is RW still referring to Bolero as a dance style? Huh? ) To be honest, I'm not sure I'll ever use the Print On feature! Regardless. br>br> I've cut down on the number of times I have to record on CD-ROM. R's, which will save you money. I attempted to record on three different disks from this set - One at the top, one in the middle, and one near the bottom all recorded the first few songs fine, but the disks began to develop an increasingly bad issue with a "scuffing" sound behind the music and skipping after that. I'm so disappointed, and it's been a complete waste of time, that I'm going to have to discard every single disk. For nothing, I thank you.

As I got closer to the bottom, I noticed that everything worked fine when I burned the CDs, but when I inserted the CD into my desktop computer, it abruptly stopped on one track. I take a new blank CD and repeat the process. I recently purchased a different brand of blank CD-Rs. RW on eBay and burn them, and they work perfectly in my desktop computer. I'm going to have to change the CD-Rom-driver-driver-driver-driver-driver RW is a company that makes clothing. Even brand new CDs that I hadn't made in a long time had to be discarded! Scratch-free, to boot!.
To save money, I've purchased discs from "stores" or unknown brands. 30% or more of the other discs generate errors when you try to write to them and are unusable they end up costing more money.
