Yes, but only use these to record and playback music; instead, use the regular CD writers. I used them to transfer music from my PC to a Mini Disc player, and now I can wipe them clean whenever I want.

My wife likes to listen to audio books in the car, and we usually borrow them from the library. Because we don't have a media player that works with the library software, we have to burn the books to CDs. After a full spindle of CDs has been used, I decided that since we were about to run out of R discs in a few weeks, we should get a CD-ROM player. Instead, use RW. br>br>This CD-ROM-ROM-ROM-ROM-ROM-ROM-ROM-ROM-ROM-ROM-ROM RW works flawlessly in my car CD players (I've tested it in both Mazda and Pontiac). It also works well with Windows 7, and formatting and recording data and audio was the simplest I've ever done. I also tested it on three different computers, all of which were running Windows 7 or Vista, and the disc worked flawlessly on all of them. We've recorded at least 100 times on this disc, and it's still in perfect condition. br>br>I can't say enough good things about it!.
I used these disks to transfer my photos and music from my old XP computer (which was on its last legs) to my new Windows 7 computer, and they worked flawlessly. I could easily write files to the disk, copy them off, erase the disk, and re-use it. I only had one hiccup, in which I received a "disk error" that turned out to be a user error. (I attempted to write the files to the disk before they had finished preparing to write, which resulted in an error. ) ) Overall, these were well worth the money, even if I only needed a few uses per disk. I'll definitely keep them for future reference.
I was looking for some blank CDs to put together some music for the CD player in my new car. I could quickly copy the music from one of my music CDs or create a compilation of songs by various groups or singers using this product. The ability to write over a burned CD is something I really like. I either wrote over a song with one I liked better or rearranged the order of the various songs later on in a couple of cases. br>br>Before purchasing the product, I double-checked the speed of my computer's CD burner drive to ensure that I could use these Ultra Speed disks. br>br>The CDs I've burned for my car's CD player work perfectly.
It either works or it doesn't when it comes to a product like this. It runs smoothly on my iMac from 2006. I burned a song onto it and tested it on a regular CD player to ensure it worked, which it did. After that, I inserted the CD into my iMac and deleted the song. That also worked. br>When I tried to copy a song onto a CD using the Finder, it didn't work when I tried to play it from a CD player, even though it appeared that the song had burned correctly. It worked perfectly when I used iTunes rather than the Finder.
My wife's Systemax computer, which had been in use for nine years, had finally reached the end of its useful life. As a devoted Grandma, she had a plethora of photographs of her entire family; Our house, garden, and pets, among other things. In fact, three full Verbatim cd-roms were required. rw discs to transfer all of the photos from the old computer to the new Emachine; however, everything went smoothly, and Mom, Gramma, and my wife are delighted to have all of their family photos restored. On her new computer, she has a lot of software loaded. I've always liked Verbatim products and have never had any issues with them.
Despite the fact that many people now use flash drives exclusively, I would still recommend these CD-ROM drives to anyone. When it comes to the following, RW earns a thumbs up:
- Important hard drive files should be backed up regularly. br> To create MP3s that can be played on CD players. RWsbr>br>Another thing I like about these CD-ROMs is that they come in a variety of languages. RWs are distinguished by the fact that each one is individually sealed and packaged in a completely transparent slim jewel case.
RW that results in consistent burns. After sifting through a box of Memorex Ultra Speed CDs, Only a quarter of my burners could produce a usable disc with RWs, and even those discs had far too many C1 and C2 errors. I bit the bullet once more and tried a single Verbatim to see how it burned. It worked on 4 out of 4 of my burners, which was a pleasant surprise. The burns are now stable, though the C1s are still higher than 4x CD-R. As a result of the trade, RWs have been acquired. start with discs that are faster. br>br>If you're looking for a quick way to burn a CD, this is the place to go. It's over, RWs.
