The Sedo MX4 has an excellent plug-and-play plugin and an inexpensive no-frills webcam. I would say you can get more for 25 dollars than you can for anything else. Zoom worked perfectly when I plugged this into my laptop, placed it on top (so that the built-in webcam was in view) and began to work.
