Very good quality for the price. Online classes are challenging, and the microphone on the computer is not able to cope. I was so glad to have this information at my fingertips. There's a big difference in how people hear me now, and I sound more like a DJ.
The purpose of this purchase was to stream our City Council Meeting live onto our Zoom channel using this with a webcam. The Public could participate in the meeting without having to attend physically. It picked up all participants in the room very well when it was placed near center front. The back of the room is even more than six rows away. I find it very helpful. To connect it to the laptop, I used a 32" active USB extender. The quality is great, the sound is great, and it has some heft too. I received a lot of value for my dollar.
A great feature of the mute button is that it makes you more discreet than you might think. The only complaint I have is with noise cancellation. I sometimes get an echoey effect from my speakers when software does not support noise cancellation. It is, however, a very good microphone for the money.
It is amazing how well this works. The purpose of my purchase was to provide an inexpensive alternative to my webcam mic, which has a terrible sound. That's so cool! I'm so happy with it! Despite not having any experience with the music industry, this is certainly a high-quality product that delivers great sound quality. I am no expert, but is it possible for a product to be better than fantastic? I think the point is that if this is what you need, why not spend more? You won't get a satisfactory result unless you run a studio that dispenses records to musicians, and even then, I'll bet you can do something decent with this thing. Buy it without a doubt!.

This is a great tool for virtual teaching since it is easy to setup and use.
It is a really great microphone for those that are trying to get started in Podcasting, creating videos for YouTube, or whatever they are trying to do from a PC. If you are looking for a mic that can produce study quality sound, this is not the mic to buy, but you can tune it up a bit to make it sound more like studio quality after post editing. Please keep in mind that your expectations should be low if you are purchasing this mic. Having said that, it is still a decent sounding microphone. To cut down on speaker feedback some of the best results are obtained when using my headphones while using my computer. There will be a microphonic hum, and the gain will have to be lowered nearly to Using this mic has been a challenge, but I have found the sweet spot after a bit of practice. It would serve as a great second mic for someone looking for a new one without spending a lot of money.
