When I used this with my work phone (Yealink T48G) at home, it worked just fine. I had also tried using them at my office and they worked poorly - choppy and cutting off a lot. Comcast is my Internet provider, I have the same modem and router at both buildings and there shouldn't be any interference issues since the office is one large room. There is only one difference between my home connection and my office connection, namely, I have a faster connection at home, 200 Mbps, while at the office I only have 50 Mbps.
