My search for a solution to get a high speed Internet connection to a part of the house with coax but not Ethernet led me to this solution. I now have about 3500Mbps between the devices after it worked perfectly. This has the added bonus of removing the need for my Fios router, which I had previously been using to provide internet connectivity from my set top boxes via MoCa.

My mesh network is wired backhaul and I have been considering Moca for a while but delayed it until I had a need for wired backhaul. I noticed the goCoax MoCa kept appearing at the top of or near the top of most reviews I read online. We received them today, so I connected one of them to our fiber gateway and coax downstairs and the other one to our coaxial upstairs, using an Ethernet cable to connect to our router. Worked quite well for me

They perform quite well, and I am quite pleased with their performance. My network equipment can be located where I want it without having to run additional wiring. I use 1G fiber internet to get internet through my network. As far as I can tell, neither the speed nor the latency has been affected.
