Fortunately, the process was easy, so I'm willing to try again with this bag. Besides being a full-time student and working full-time, I also have a LOT of stuff that I have to lug back and forth between work, coffee shops, the home, etc. This backpack fits it all. I love this brand. This backpack is used by my mother as her work bag, and I was jealous, so I had to have it. Back of the bag is a pocket where you can put your phone or passport. Two smaller pockets are located in the smaller compartment. There's enough space in the larger compartment to fit a medium-sized computer A packing cube of the right size, a bag smart toiletry bag, and a 15-piece packing kit An iPad or tablet, along with an 11-inch laptop (no sleeve). In the smaller compartment you can put any other knick-knacks you may have A knick knack. This backpack can be used as a weekender bag or for personal items at the airport.

Buying this for my sister going through chemotherapy was the best decision I made. The backpacks are not her style, but she loves the way they look. The bag is light weight, but large enough to store her prescriptions and paperwork, and she can tuck it away in the back of her car. Additionally, there are side pockets to hold water bottles, and a zipper pocket on the front of the bag to keep her wallet.

An excellent backpack that can be used as a carry-on

There are plenty of pockets to organize this bag, and it is light in weight. While out west recently, I had it on hand for cosmetics, change of clothing, shoes, and snacks, as well as documentation. I'll be able to store my large laptop and cables in here. The product I bought was exactly what I wanted. I like it too because I am a big pink fan.
