My expectation was that it would include a battery pack. Does that mean I'll have to charge it?

There is a separate charge for this. The only thing on it is the cord. In addition to being poorly made, this bag fell apart as soon as it was purchased. The zipper of the jacket was broken after about a month of use by my daughter.

What is the best way for me to charge it?

The side of the backpack will have an electrical plug for charging devices. All that's needed is to place the charging pad inside your backpack and connect it with a wire. Better yet, we'll provide a free USB converter cable so you can charge your devices.

Are college students able to use it?

I believe college students would be able to use this backpack since it is sturdy enough for carrying a 15-inch laptop. Computer with a screen size of 6 inches

In light of that, the backpack is excellent. This backpack is very durable even for a backpack, it will last you and your kids for a long time. it also has so many pockets that you can put anything you want in there It contains everything I need for my trip. For most of the day, it is attached to a walker. It is so sturdy I am not worried about that happening with this backpack. My last backpack had a weak spot where the straps joined at the top, but this one is strong enough not to break. There is one drawback I found to my watch. It says sport on the straps instead of the guys' names, but maybe that's just a hiccup?.

The bag is so cute. I love it. As far as carrying everything I need goes, it has never been a problem. Easily stores my jacket, snacks, phone, wallet, and a 32oz water bottle. It is not as thick as a school bag, but it is thicker than the thin paper school bags. I am using it for three months now and I have not encountered any issues. only thing missing from the bag was the pink BTS straps with all the members like in the photo. Instead, the straps just say "SPORT".

This bag was only used for three weeks. like to return it, but I am unable to do so at this time. This is cute, but the straps kept unraveling, and the zipper would not stay in place.

Wide straps make this bag super comfortable to wear. There is a separate compartment on the interior provided for a laptop or tablet. The pockets come in all sizes, so you can compartmentalize in a way that makes it easy to find items yet still keep it neat. The backpack features two elastic-tipped side pockets that are perfect for carrying a water bottle and umbrella as well as extra I highly recommend this product, it does its job very well, and shows off your BTS pride as well. I would definitely purchase this product.
